Staybridge Suites - Miami International Airport, an IHG Hotel Reviews

We had a comfortable stay at this hotel. Although we had to wait for several hours before we were able to avail the early check-in (with a fee) overall we enjoyed our stay here. The location of the hotel is very near the airport and local transportation like bus and train terminals. The hotel itself is well maintained and clean. I loved the free self-service laundry! The room was cozy and homey. I loved the fully equipped kitchen as well! We can cook at our own convenience without breaking the bank of eating out all day 😅 The breakfast is good too though I wish they have variety or maybe change of menu at times. Overall, I recommend this hotel when going to Miami.

Nice hotel with super comfy rooms and decent breakfast. FREE laundry facilities!!!

Hotel service is very good, very close to the airport, the room is big and clean, there is a shuttle bus to pick up from the airport, but the facilities are old and the noise is relatively loud. Breakfast is relatively simple.

Flight was delayed so had to get a hotel close to airport. Hotel was fine, front desk person was quick, reliable and efficient. Give the woman a raise!

Property is clean and new interiors. It’s hit or miss with the staff. Spoke to a very pleasant front desk lady to explain I will arrive late due to flight cancellation and delays. However on getting to the hotel the gentleman at front desk was quite short when I was trying to book the airport shuttle … the information he gave me turned out wrong, as I ended up missing the shuttle. Of course, he was not one bit remorseful.

It was a nice. Didn't like the fact that they make you pay vallet parking and you are forced to cause they don’t have parking outside on the street. The parking was way too expensive for night $25plus tax. That’s insane. Besides that the hotel was nice and clean.

The room had an unpleasant smell, kind of like an old building. There was a constant knocking sound at Rm 215 It was kind of like a flapper from a vent above the sink. The sound was coming and going unexpectedly. On the other hand the scrambled egg served for breakfast had a lot of liquid. It took quite a while for breakfast items to get refill once gone.

Free shuttle from and to the airport. The drivers are really nice and seem are always there on a short notice, when you need them. The breakfast is classic scrambled eggs and bacon, cereal, but you always have a selection of fresh fruit. Good coffee with different roasts is also provided. I enjoyed my stay. The rooms are well kept and everything was clean and functioning.

They didn’t specify the shuttle was only to Miami airport so one of my guest had to shuttle, 2 broken Elevators

Ok for 1-night stay. Shuttle has to be called, limited hours only, can't be pre-booked. Arrives quick, though. Breakfast ok, limited options of fresh fruit and only yoghurt with sugar. Rooms a bit outdated, but clean. Close to the airport.

Did not stay at the property. Booked a room for over night stay due to airline rescheduling our connecting flight. Before we even could get to the hotel, the airline was able to accommodate us with free hotel room. I asked to cancel reservation but after speaking with hotel and ******* and explaining the situation of having to wait for a 12 hour layover, they could not refund me or work with my situation. I understand it stated no refund but I was hoping ******* and/or hotel would be sympathetic to our situation.

Great hotel with a nice reception from 5:30-7:00pm. Wine, beer, soft drinks and some appetizers. Super easy shuttle to and from the airport. Minor drawback is that planes are taking off non-stop. Not too loud in the room though!
