Long walk to the parking garage small elevator no fridge in the room

My experience was horrible, I booked for two nights and on the second day when I returned to the hotel around 9:00 pm my key did not work, they had checked out. After activating the key to enter the room the biggest surprise was that my belongings They were not there, they had been picked up and put in a hotel security deposit, parking is not included in the reservation, you end up paying for it. The parks for the disabled were occupied by people without the required permit. I really won't book a Sheraton hotel again.
