Good, practical hotel.

After the epidemic, it is no longer possible to clean every day, but towels can be changed every day. There are many small mosquitoes, which are easy to kill and do not affect sleep. This is what happens when there are many green plants. I can hear planes taking off and landing, and it doesn't affect my sleep. We are looking for an American-style hotel with a kitchen, so the fact that it claims to include breakfast has no impact. Hot water, tea, coffee, oatmeal and chocolate drinks are provided in the small corner at the front desk from 6 to 9 in the morning, nothing more. We brought our own Moka pot, disposable tableware for seasoning, and purchased ingredients from a nearby supermarket. The hotel also provided a set of non-stick pots, plates, knives and forks, which was enough. Free parking is a must, the front desk staff is friendly, we didn't arrive until 11pm. It takes 12 minutes to drive to Little Havana, 40 minutes to Miami Beach, one hour to Everglades Park, and 4 hours to Keywest. I think everything is quite reasonable.

The breakfast is so poor that it can't even be called breakfast. Blueberry muffins and coffee are the finishing touches.

Because of the change of itinerary, I only stayed for one night. The environment was good, the transportation was convenient, and the price was moderate.

The room was old and had no service; breakfast was offered when booking but not at all! ! The environmental sanitation is extremely poor. There are only one towel for one person in the bathroom. When I contacted them, they said they didn't have one. Surrounded by industrial areas, the environment is extremely poor

The service is exemplary and it's a lie that they give breakfast they don't have to lie to people 😡😡😡and they will charge me I don't know where I can ask for my refund the hotel didn't want to take charge because it doesn't work with them I need a number to claim my money they are almost $300 dollars that are being stolen from me

The property assigned us a room 167 which was not clean and had towels everywhere, bed was not made. Keys were thrown out all over the bed and saw some gooey stuff on bed. They later assigned another room 104 which had a queen bed and not double beds as in the booking and said that ******* has made the mistake while I have confirmation that I booked 2 double beds while property says that they do not have any double bed options in their booking. Worst experience ever

I booked this hotel but I was moved to another cheaper hotel far from airport and extra money that I paid for the original hotel is not returned back

The bath tub was old and didn’t look clean. The toilet seat was loose. I saw a roach crawling in the bathroom in the middle of the night when I went to the restroom. The floor lamp didn’t work. The alarm clock couldn’t be set. There was a bunch of noise coming from residents of the hotel. There was food garbage in the banister of the stairs. The porch light didn’t work. The continental breakfast consisted of muffins and granola bars. I couldn’t get into the front office/lobby to check in. I had to walk around to the back of the office/lobby to see how I could get in to check in. A young lady finally showed up and let us into the office/lobby. I slept in my day clothes and not my night clothes because I didn’t feel like the sheets and pillowcases were clean. I wore my shower cap to bed. I felt like I was majorly ripped off.

Hotel reservation confirmed, so we took Uber only to find out when we arrived that the hotel was sold out. So we ended up stranded and hotel told us to take it up with *******. Terrible experience!

The bathroom was extremely moldy. The microwave was peeling and rusty. There were no utensils. The comforter was too thin but manageable.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay here. I booked a room with a kitchenette and it came with no nothing! Not a single pot or pan or utensil, nothing. They advertise free breakfast, they literally had coffee and granola bars, that’s is it! Nothing else, not even orange juice, just coffee and a granola bar. Outside of them not having any type of dishes in a room that has a kitchen the room had a very stale and muggy smell, the ac unit was extremely loud. The room was decently clean. But for the money I paid for my very short stay it was NOT worth it at all. If you are looking here please look elsewhere. Its not worth the price

When I went to take a shower, the shower drain did not work and the water leaked into the room and got flooded. It was late at night and I don’t think anyone would have done anything at that hour. So I slept the whole night with wet floors until it dried the next morning. When I checked out I informed the front desk attendant about the issue and they did not offer a discount or just waive the rental fee entirely. I’m 83 years old and could have slipped and fallen. I’m not happy with service. Would not recommend this particular hotel.
