This is a beautiful place and the amenities in building is to die for. The only problem is that nowhere in the checkin instructions for it specify that the key is the actual elevator fob and no one in the call center or concierge service knew this. I was a little annoyed because we had to call the call center 3 time and eventually the had to send someone to the building to show us how to use it

Love the room very nice and clean. Outside views was gorgeous . Lots of space inside the rooms. Will definitely stay at mint house again.

I strongly recommend to stay at Mint House Miami. The appartments and buildings are very nice and with great amenities (top of the line gyms and wellness center), the property managers and cleaning lady always helpful and super professional. Will recommend and definitely come back

Everything was great except the property is on the main road and it VERY LOUD at night also if you have extended checkout please go tell house keeping as they will bust right in the room with their keys with out notice.

The Apartment is nice an also the pool. the rooms are big and modern with all the stuff you need. it is really nice. we liked it!
the checkin took us 1 hour. it didn’t function first. also some other guests had the same problem.
we had no keyflob and so i called 3 times the customer service and send 1 email. still we didn’t get that keyflob. without the keyflob you can’t enter the building and the poolarea.

For short trips we would recommend this place. Facilities are nice, pool is quite calm during the weekdays. On weekends, pool area are being full of disrespectful people who are listening loud music. It's the first time we are seeing this. Building management should inform people not to disturb other people. Thanks god our apartment was not facing the pool. Cannot imagine how annoying that would be... Attention, If you intend to order any items from Amazon or other websites, the place does not ACCEPT any deliveries being sent via USPS. Make sure your shipment is done by Amazon, FEDEX or UPS. Soundproofing is poor. There are a lot of loud pipe exhaust cars and motorbikes are passing in front. You cannot image how loud and how many they are. Parking area is located at 229 SE 2nd St, Miami, FL 33131. This was not being told before our arrival therefore we had to spend 20 USD to the parking lot located across assuming the place where Mint House had an agreement.

The unit was very spacious and clean. The folks at mint house were helpful and responsive. I would highly recommend over staying in a hotel room.

Everything was great except for the fact that the key FOB for the elevator was missing, luckily I was on a trip with some friends and their room had the key so I was able to leave and come whenever they did.
I tried contacting customer support and ask for the key to which they replied they'd send someone to my room within an hour which didn't happen within that hour and I had to leave since I had plans and couldn't just wait forever.
Also the TV was not functioning properly, had some sort of error connecting and wouldn't let me do anything besides turning it on and off.
Otherwise everything else was amazing.

We enjoyed the apartment a lot! Was very nice and spacious with lots of good amenities. On leaving last week we still haven’t received our deposit back or receipt that we were told we would get
