We waited 45 minutes for the shuttle to the airport. They dropped us off at the wrong location, and then realized that we should go to a different Comfort Inn 2 blocks away. When we arrived, there were a few people outside the entrance smoking pot - I don't know if they were employees or guests. The room was fairly clean, but the property overall needed lots of maintenance and cleaning (halls, elevator, eating areas). The free breakfast was OK, but they ran out 30 minutes early. The property offered a shuttle to the cruise port, but did not have room on it for us. The counter person said Comfort Inn would reimburse us for an Uber to the cruise port and gave us an email address to forward the Uber receipt. They have not reimbursed us. All in all, the property was just OK.

The worst hotel I have ever experienced. Toliet stopped up, roaches in bathroom, dirty shower floor and shower head dirty and rusted, stains on the sofa and lastly, horrible customer service. Free shuttle is a joke because the shuttles are shared by three hotels and waited for two hours at the airport and ended up having to use a rideshare to get to the hotel. Next day I asked about the shuttle to my cruise port and was told that I was supposed to inform them upon arrival that I needed the shuttle. Once again I have to use a rideshare company and I booked this hotel for the purpose of using the shuttle for my transportation. The front desk clerks told me that there was nothing they could do for me after all my complaints and issues. Don’t do it!!!!

I loved our stay! There were easy check-in and check-out processes and the value for money was excellent. Proximity to everything is awesome and they even offer an airport shuttle! Will return.

We booked as this hotel can accomodate 5 people in one room and has a shuttle to both the airport and cruise port. There is free parking while staying at hotel and you can also leave your car if you are going on a cruise for $12 per day The rooms were comfortable with 2 double beds and a double sofabed , plenty of towels and ac was good. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The cruise shuttle can only be booked 1 day before and was complimentary which was great. The only downside was the breakfast wasn't great . The scrambled eggs were flavourless and the patty was overcooked. There is a Subway less than a 30 second walk outside . The hotel is good for a stay of 1 or 2 nights.

I really liked how accommodating the ladies at the front desk were!
The breakfast being included was a definite attraction.
The shuttle to the port made our decision very easy, to stay with Comfort Suites😃

Excellent customer service. Next to airport. Great and clean room. Included breakfast was good. Free shuttle to Miami airport every 45 minutes. However, food options near hotel, without a car, are Subway, McDonald's,and Tom's Restaurant.

Literally horrible! There was a leak in our room, mold, terrible cleaning. I'm not coming back and I don't recommend it
