1、酒店早餐時間，餐廳服務員和客人一同用餐（服務員如同客人一般挑揀為客人準備的菜品），唯此一家，太奇葩。
2、餐廳服務員挑菜品時，把自己不小心掉在外面的食品夾回裝菜的菜盆，不可思議！
3、餐廳服務員以及廚師在服務時間不戴口罩，當酒店值班經理出現時，才佩戴口罩。
4、客人投訴，餐廳主管表示，酒店沒有明文禁止餐廳服務員和客人一同用餐。匪夷所思。

很好的一次入住體驗，在入住當天接到了管家小婧給我打的電話問我對房間有沒有什麼要求，因為喜歡安靜所以想要高樓層，入住後發現給我安排是他們客房樓層最高的房間，還專門給我留的遠離電梯的，是真的有認真根據我的需求來安排房間的，入住後還給送了點心和手寫卡片，真的很用心，特別感動，酒店設施設備環境也很好，值得推薦！

第一次住這家酒店，各方面都挺滿意的，性價比很高，房間乾淨整潔，全是智能化設備，衞生間乾濕分離，房間全是智能化的，酒店工作人員都很熱情，感謝前廳白雪，未到店就開始聯繫，有問必答，服務周到，酒店停車也挺方便的，還有健身房游泳池，周邊還有很多美食，下次來安州，還住這家酒店！
