設施有點老舊，洗手間的插座是壞的，吹風機用不了，吹風機太差了，和酒店不匹配。還收按金，實在無法理。
前台服務很差，愛搭不理的，按金退的慢，問啥時候退，不耐煩。

酒店外形氣勢磅礴，服務人員熱情周到，一進入大廳，客服部的謝師傅就熱情地跟我們打招呼並且把行李幫我們提到房間。在入住期間，客服部陳玉對我們照顧的無微不至，每天都送水果還有酸梅湯，還拿來了烘衣服的器具，幫助我們解決了大問題。另外酒店的早餐十分豐富，花樣品種很多，絕對超值！
