設施老舊，空調不制熱，換了個房間沒熱水，沒洗澡，空調製熱也時斷時續，第一班前台服務態度倒是還可以，衹限這班，第二天跟前台反應跟我故意找事一樣，衞生狀況堪憂，有小蟲子
