Super 8 by Wyndham Franklin/Middletown Area

No breakfast or even coffee, One small bar of soap for two people over two days. Did not unplug a clogged toilet. I don't plan to return.

Upon arriving there was a large hair in the hot tub and when leaving i dropped an earing behind the bed and when i went to get it there was a bloody tampon stuck between the bed and the wall. I told staff and he just insisted that i leave it there of course but when we leave he would have his staff remove it i was not offered a discount and i was a little grossed out to say the least

Usually I pick Super 8 because they are clean and comfortable. The website said free breakfast-there was none. There was absolutely nothing in the vending machines. The hair dryer did not work.

No coffee maker, no network channels, old worn out furniture. Tried to get me pay a $60 cash deposit on room for no smoking and pet damage. We do not smoke and have no pets. Said if room is OK in the morning, he will refund it. I refused, he let it go.

The staff was very unwelcoming. There was a policy of $100 cash deposit for the room with the hot tub. This information was not provided at the time of booking. The parking lot was extremely dark parking lot lights were malfunctioning. It was actually quite scary. When I checked out the attendant asked me to sit in the lobby and wait five minutes while he checked the room. I went with him. He proceeded to start moving nightstands, and looking behind them, looking all over the floor for what I don’t know. I would not recommend this property in anyway.

This place charge fees that are not advised on the reservation. Stain on bed sheets, broken window and they didn't care or gave me clean bed sheets. No breakfast like it was advised at reservation and when we ask the guy thought we were joking about it. Staff rude and unprofessional.

Friendly staff at (late) check-in; clean room, but very dated;

Tv does not work inless you are standing right in front of it. Ad says includes breakfast no food offer. King size bed and no extra pillows available.
