We just finished up a 2 night stay at the Sea Breeze Inn. The hotel is very nice and a great location. Stayed on 3rd floor and had a nice balcony and a view of the ocean and pond. Although hotel is on a busy road it’s very quiet. Owners are very nice and the included breakfast was delicious. Would highly recommend!

I had the most wonderful stay here! My boyfriend and I came for my birthday weekend. The atmosphere of the inn was very welcoming and easy going. Super close to Newport just a 5 minute Uber. Even some good spots right by the inn!! only reason I have it a 4 for cleanliness was there was some used joints on our balcony and would’ve loved a chair or piece of furniture out there to sit on to enjoy the view! We’ll be back!

The Sea Breeze Inn was very cute and well run and well maintained. The owners are very inviting and friendly. We were able to chat with them about Greece. The food and service at Yiayia’s Cafe are enough to make us want to come back!
