Das Hotel ist sehr schön und speziell. Sehr freundlicher Service, auch Sehenswürdigkeiten sind sehr nahe. Für Midjat ist das Hotel sehr originell und nur empfehlenswert.

Buenas instalaciones pero pesimo servicio
El hotel como instalaciones y ubicación es bastante bueno sin embargo los servicios son bastante malos por ejemplo:
- En el restaurant solo sirven un plato, no tienen opciones.
- Nadie habla ingles
- No hacen la limpieza y cambio de toallas diariamente
- El personal es muy poco atento, nadie siquiera saluda

Mangelhafter Service
Nur eine Frau sprach und verstand etwas Englisch. Uns wurde ein von äußerer Unruhe belastetes Zimmer in den unteren Katakomben zugewiesen, obwohl wir die einzigen Gäste im Hotel waren und wir so keinen uns versprochenen Stadtblick hatten. Die Rezeptionistin tat sich sehr schwer, uns ein anderes ruhiges Zimmer ohne Stadtblick zu geben. Die Bitte um zwei Gläser wurde abgelehnt. Insgesamt war das Personal überhaupt nicht gästeorientiert und sehr engstirnig. Zum Frühstück mussten wir mehrmals um Brot bitten, bis wir Erfolg hatten.

Öncelikle karşılama olarak sıcak ve iyi bir ortam kesinlikle aile ile gidebilecek temiz bir otel manzarası ve konum olarak midyatta kalınabilecek tek yer çalışanların güler yüzlülüğü ve yardımseverlik mükemmel kesinlikle lobileri papağan selam verin kahvaltısı 5 yıldızlı otellerden daha iyi

We had to wait 40 minutes because they could not find our reservation. We had call USA to fix the problem. Also 2 emty glases with ices cubes they charged us for 100 turkish liras wich was unfair. The guy in the kitchen was abnormal that he was talking so much and a fact he sat on next to us for chatting

Hayatımız boyunca kaldığımız en rezil hatta rezil ötesi bir otel ve işletme.personel çok çok çok kötü odaları hijyen olarak berbat ötesi.servis çok kötü.1 personel hem resepsiyona bakıyor hem garsonluk yapıyor hem odalara bakıyor.manzarası dışında asla ama asla konaklama yapılmaması gereken bir tesis.otopark sorunundan resepsiyona mutfağına odasına kadar rezil ötesi bir tesis.düşünün ki personel sizinle yüksek ses ile konuşuyor ve size kabadayılık yapıyor öyle rezil bir yer.1 ader efes pilsen biraya 150 ( yüzelli) lira yazacak kadarda kazık ötesi bir otel.midyata gelipte burda kalma hatasını sakın yapmayın MADDİ MANEVİ çok üzülürsünüz.

It is a nice hotel, but the one who manages it is a swindler, for a coffee that costs 15 new liras I charge us 50 new liras for each one I steal money from my friend in her face, I hope the owner who I hope is not He finds out and ll cancel, apart from that it was breakfast included and he charged us for the coffee and to top it off bad.
