We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Zoetry in Majorca. It's an ideal location for anyone looking for some RnR. The pool and spa facilities are lovely and the restaurants on site offer a wide variety of choice. Staff are welcoming and helpful and there is a nice variety of activities, e.g., complimentary yoga classes. Overall, the hotel offers an oasis of calm with added luxury in the heart of the countryside. We would love to return at a future date.

I must admit that writing negative service statements is probably the least funny things I could imagine during my own vacation. But, my latest experience, even before arrival at the Marriot Vacation club, was so annoying that I cannot resist doing it. I am not sure how bad this review would have been if I was not enjoying a fantastic private pool with the family in another location while writing my comment. We are owner at the MVC Son Antem since a couple of years and do hold Platinum Elite status (after titanium for some years) of the Bonvoy Programme. We requested a paid upgrade from a 2 bedroom villa to a three bedroom villa. We were sent from MVC Reception and hotline to the resort check in reception. After directly approaching our MVC seller, our request was again sent to the resort reception. It was obvious that the coordination between the two parties was lacking. Even worse: after our complaint we were sent an e-mail confirming that there was no capacity. Further, we were told that the request should have been handled by MVC. But, as a matter of politeness he answered our mail. Then, we called the hotel and asked if there was a chance to enter the villa a bit earlier than 4 pm. This was the worst call I could think of. We were lectured in the worst tone ever that check in was 4 pm. After telling that we as platinum elite member would appreciate if he could at least check availability, sine we also do not request late check out, he within a second confirmed no availability and that check out time is 10 am. No matter what status AND: he really hung up on me!!!! I called again and this guy really told me I was the one hanging up or the line might have broke. Absolutely incredible. At this location I do not even feel honored as a guest, not to think of being welcomed back as a loyal Bonvoy Member. I am sure we’ll will enjoy our vacation, but surely not expecting any kind of service quality. We have used several locations at MVC already, all good so far. I hope it was just bad luck, but seems more like structural issues. Thomas

We paid £850 each for a 7 day all inclusive break . We arrived at 1.15 a.m and were presently surprised to be offered a cold buffet which was most welcome. On entering our room we were greeted with a musty smell and an overall impression of tired accommodation which certainly didn’t feel like a 4 star standard . Our room was not cleaned and bedding not changed once during the 7 days , “cleaning “ consisted of a towel change and merely straightening the top sheet of the beds. We had a constant problem with a toilet seat that came loose from its mountings as it clearly wasn’t the correct size for the pan. After two promptly dealt with repairs we gave up and were left to refit it ourselves for the remainder of the holiday. A similar problem was experienced with the room safe for which we were charged 15 euros plus a 6 euro deposit. Over the week , in common with many all inclusive holidays we became fatigued with the food provided. The quality was very average and the range was very limited and we found the grilled meat offerings at times inedible. The dessert options were unimaginative, repetitive and reminiscent at times of school dinner puddings. On the plus side the dining room was spotlessly clean and the staff were pleasant and helpful. The outdoor areas are worthy of praise , being very well clean and excellently maintained. Great pools, air conditioned equipped gym and outside toilets all of a high standard. Sadly the one single outdoor bar serving the entire hotel made queuing for drinks a regular experience. All inclusive options consisted of the usual local spirits and San Miguel beer! The hotel advertised late check out arrangements and when we tried to organise this on our last day we were refused the opportunity. Fortunately there are external shower facilities and luggage security lockers which made our departure less of a stress than the usual sitting around with packed luggage final day experience. The biggest disappointments o about the holiday were the standard and cleanliness of our accommodation and the limited range and quality of the menu offerings. Whilst the latter is often mentioned in many all inclusive holidays the former is most definitely something that needs to be addressed and we were left with the perception that the room service was run with very limited staff.

Struttura bellissima curata in ogni minimo dettaglio: dal giardino alla zona della colazione agli interni e le camere, nulla è lasciato al caso. Un posto dove si respira una bella atmosfera. Camera grande, bagno spazioso. Colazione varia, prodotti ottimi (frutta fresca ogni mattina diversa a fichi direttamente dai loro alberi). La struttura offre anche la possibilità di cenare in loco. Abbiamo cenato due sere, prodotti freschissimi cucinati divinamente dalla proprietaria della struttura. Menu che cambia ogni sera a seconda della spesa giornaliera. Unica pecca l’orario della cena è fisso alle 19 (essendo il turismo a Maiorca prevalentemente tedesco e avendo molti di loro prenotato con l’opzione di mezza pensione purtroppo ci si deve adattare)… Che dire, un posto da prenotare senza esitazione!!!
