The environment is beautiful and the service attitude is friendly. You can choose your own breakfast and have it delivered to your room. It’s very rich! It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Milan Cathedral, which is quite convenient!

4 star hotel but worth 3, there is no parking, no breakfast room which is therefore served in the room, no bar or lounge, no gym, moreover, it is not so close to the tourist center and the location is very noisy (tram, works), impossible to park near the hotel to take down your luggage because the street is very busy with the tram and cars! There is no valet or baggage service. In addition, know that we accept pets but you cannot leave the animal alone in the room, which is complicated for walking a dog in the summer in the streets of Milan, going to a restaurant or shopping or visiting museums! Impossible and of course, they don't tell you before booking even when you take the trouble to call the hotel personally to make sure there is no problem with the dog! Furthermore, the manager has no sense of marketing or management, one wonders if he got the job without a degree? Impossible to discuss with him! On the other hand, the rest of the staff, especially Elisabetta and Eva, were adorable, and bent over backwards to find a solution because we had non-functional toilets. In short, 700 euros for a suite per night is expensive for what it is!
