NOVOTEL CA GRANDA a disaster... you arrive late and they give you the remaining room... I had mentioned it before but nothing, the 429 is a nightmare or rather it is simply paying too much for what they give you:
1) IT IS WARMER IN THE CORRIDOR THAN IN THE ROOM 2) THE HOT AIR FAN MAKES A NOISE THAT DOESN'T LET YOU SLEEP 3) THE WINDOWS AND DOORS ARE THE SAME SINCE THE HOTEL OPENED, THAT IS TO SAY, OLD AND NOT SOUNDPROOFED 4) YOU CAN HEAR EVERYTHING ON THE ROAD, CARS AND TRAMS PLAY A CONCERT THAT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO SLEEP WHEN THE CAR OR TRAM PASSES BY, THE NOISE EXCEEDS 55 DECIBELS... ABOVE THE LEGAL PERMIT AT NIGHT.... 5) ARRIVED AT MIDNIGHT ASK FOR A ROOM CHANGE... IMAGINE...6) BUT I HAD EVEN CALLED BEFORE TO ASK FOR AN UPGRADE... 7) TOILET HAS A HARD TIME TO FLUSH 8) TOILET SEAT NOT ORIGINAL, SMALL AND OUT OF CENTER I ATTACH PHOTO 8) LAMP WITH STAND ALL RUST... IS TETANUS FREE? 9) TAP MISSES ACCESSORY TO BETTER DOSING WATER 10) PARKING YEARS AGO WAS 10 EUROS NOW 18 EUROS!!!
THE RECEIPT FOR THE TOURIST TAX, AS SOON AS YOU PAY, THEY WILL GIVE IT TO YOU ONLY IF YOU ASK FOR IT.... THE FRUIT TRAY AT BREAKFAST THEY DIDN'T FILLED IT ANYMORE... AT BREAKFAST THE LADY WHO ASKS FOR THE ROOM NUMBER ONLY ASKS HALF OF THOSE WHO ENTER BECAUSE SHE IS ABSENT OR WORSE SHE LEAVES ONE OF THE BREAKFASTERS TO ASK FOR THE NUMBER BUT DOESN'T LEAVE HIM THE PAPER TO CHECK... AT BREAKFAST ENTRANCE THEY HAVE A SECURITY PERSON DOING WHAT??? NOTHING!!! IN SHORT AFTER THE SALARIES, AFTER THE TAXES INSTEAD OF POCKETING YOUR EARNINGS... WHY DON'T YOU CHANGE THE WINDOWS??? CRAZY!!! OUTSIDE THE MAINTENANCE IS PAINFUL... 18 EUROS A NIGHT TO HAVE SUCH A NEGLECTED GARDEN???
