The apartment
In a brand new building and located close to the Central Station, this apartment situated in the north of Milan can pride itself of its proximity to the subway M1, the most direct connection with the Rho exhibition centre.
The apartment is provided with free Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher and air conditioning system.
There are two double bedrooms both equipped with queen beds, but the beds can be separated if needed. The master bedroom, which is a little bit bigger than the other room, gives onto a wide balcony that looks over the inner courtyard. We suggest you to have lunch on it if the weather allows it.
The building has a car park at residents’ disposal.
On request it is possible to add up to 2 cradles.
Are allowed small sized cats and dogs.
Smoking is allowed only on the balcony.

The apartment is located in Viale Monza, one of the most vital and lively area of Milan. This apartment is situated at just one subway stop of distance from Corso Buenos Aires, a district full of shops of any kind.
If you are in the mood for a walk, go to the Parco Trotter: a green area where in 1920 was built an hippodrome, of which it still preserves the circular structure. Check-in time: from 15:00 to 21:30 Check-out time: 11:00
