The cold water line doesn't work at first. I ask the women at the reception if they can fix it. They sent someone to fix, it worked for 15 mins albut went back to very hot water again (in July, with 30-degree heat, you can’t shower with that hot water). I asked the receptionist again but she said she need to wait for her colleague if I can change the room for me or not but I had to go out already so I couldn’t take a shower that evening. In the end, when I came back around 1 am, the manager found the way to change the room for me. It is a little bit annoy that such a simple solution, the receptionist can’t make a decision

The location of this hotel is quite good, and it is a good choice for Milan as a transit station. It is a ten-minute walk from the train station and a five-minute walk from the airport bus stop. It is also close to the subway station to Milan Cathedral.
The triple room I booked is not big, and mineral water is not provided (need to be purchased at the front desk on the first floor), but the sanitary conditions are acceptable.
