Kind staff and clean room. If I have a chance to visit Milan again, I would like to come here.

This suite is really cost-effective, spacious and bright, and very comfortable to live in. Compared with ordinary European hotels, it is really good. The hotel service is also very good, warm and thoughtful, safe and reliable!

Only benefit to the location is that it is sort of close to MXP while not being too far from downtown

A little far from the center. But to tell the truth, the attentive staff and the quality of the room make the distance to the center of Milan becomes a mere small detail. One more important detail to be mentioned: I suggested that they could have a coffee machine in the room and on the same day we were given a Nespresso!!! Wonderful. Thank you all.

I liked the layout and the rooms were huge. Very comfortable. The staff was amazing as well.

We have recently returned home from our first family trip to Milan and this hotel did not disappoint! The location did seem a little out of the way but it was perfect. The bus runs outside, the tram just around the corner and also a train station just a short walk. There is some shops and little quirky restaurants on the same street which are so value for money. The hotel alone was everything you want, the bed is comfortable. Bath is big and the shower is powerful. You have a fridge and microwave in your room so it was great for sterilising bottles and keeping milk fresh. We had a balcony and so much floor space, our little toddler had a great time toddling around mastering walking. When we arrived at 11pm there was no cot to transfer our baby into within 10minutes the guy on the front desk had one to our room with clean sheets and duvet. Breakfast was nice, a good selection on pastries, cheeses, meats and eggs, sometimes pancakes but it was enough, the girls who were at breakfast couldn’t do enough for you, they gave our baby toys and a little high chair and also supplied nice coffee :) The people on the front desk were super helpful too, providing a power bank and a WiFi connect to take out with us for the day which came in so handy. It rained when we were there and the hotel even supplied us with umbrellas! Huge review I know but I can’t recommend this hotel enough!

Great stay, cab cost about £20 each way from Milano Centrale Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for somewhere nice to stay Staff were super friendly and everyone spoke English, were able to help with even the most unusual requests

We had a reservation at another hotel that turned out to be a disaster. We booked the Milan Suite that night and it was the best decision we made. The staff is incredibly friendly, the restaurant staff went out of their way to serve us. The room we chose was huge and everything was super clean. It's not close but we used Uber without any problem. Thank you all.

The room is spacious. There is no AC in the room. Street parking is extremely challenging. The place is pretty far from Milan Centrale
