Atmos Luxe Navigli

I had re booked a double room at this hostel, post a one night stay, given the owner/ manager and his staffs approach to service , alongside a comfortable bed with a memory foam mattress , a quiet room , super clean and great shower facilities that also was located in a more quiet space in the hostel. Due to unforeseen circumstances at the hostel, upon arriving the owner advised there was a aircon issue etc, rather than simply suggesting a shared room, he had already found a suitable alternative not far from the hostel, offered to take me in the car to drop me off personally and also it was the same price ( I had pre paid a slightly better price) however he accepted this and made a situation that could have been very painful into an exceptional one. This was above and beyond what would be expected and he is to be commended; this is a big call out as to how service like this is rare - but when it happens it is truly outstanding and worthy of a huge thank you. The room not far from the hotel, was quiet, super comfortable again easy to get to the metro; had great facilities and a welcoming owner. Who showed me all the process of keys etc - well located, memory foam mattress and excellent aircon etc. the process was smooth and really made the travel experience exceptionally easy and over and above what usually happens - the service is amazing the facilities were very comfortable in the room and it was why I rebooked for the day before a flight out.

Positive: We had the double room with private bathroom and it was small but very comfortable, clean and warm. The location is not too bad and pretty well served by the public transport: 10 minutes walk from the subway and 5 minutes walk from the tram stop. So over all you are a bit more than 30 minutes away from the city centre. Staff really kind. Negative: The shower was broken in a couple of points but still working without problems. The location is not exactly in the most vivid part of the Navigli but is not too far away from there.
