I was charged $50 call out fee for not being able to get into room. I was told it was my fault however I followed Indulge instructions. The room and fob to access the building belongs to the apartment and not me. I was told access to the room was my error. When complained I was accused of being aggressive and have blocked me from all correspondence. I received the below email. I was not aggressive at all, a little frustrated but not aggressive. I have never left a review on any site. My treatment from Indulge apartments leaves me feeling they do not care about customers service. The experience from the beginning was terrible. The rooms are above a medical clinic, I felt like I was in an hospital room. Access to the building was not clear in their instructions. The lighting in bathroom was terrible. The hallway was smelly.. I was woken at 6am by gardeners in their carpark blowing leaves. Never again will I stay in Indulge Apartments. Sincerely Ann Good Evening Ann, I have just received a call from reception in hysterical tears from receiving an aggressive call from you.
