there is no service except the front desk service for checking in. there is no telephone that I can report the desk lamp is not working or you have to go down to the front desk to tell them. the window view is facing just next to the hotel. overall, it's only good for one night

Location is great and lots of restaurants and bars nearby . But I found no hair dryer in my room .

The room I was put in did not have a king size bed. The bed sheets were rough, pillows lumpy and the climate control in the room was fixed at 27 degrees and no matter what I did it would not change. The night staff were called and the best they could do was give me two fans. I could not sleep and had problems breathing. I asked for a room swap and non were available. This is just not good enough. The room was dirty carpets dust my room was 409.
I would have rather had booked an alternative hotel.

The mattresses are nice and firm. The hotel is quiet. Plenty of tea and coffee in the room. The rooms were clean and spacious. The TV had HDMI connections. For the improvements - there is no air con and we went during a hot period. The rooms were at 25 degrees. The basin was not sealed to the surface so water dripped between the gap to the floor and wet the my T-shirt and PJ’s at the waist. Good place to stay on cooler season

Apart from needing to adjust staffing in the kitchen when large numbers of guests arrive for a convention at the weekend so that the food doesn't keep running out, our stay was great.

Been here for few nights and can I say: Nice hotel, very clean, good area, very nice car parking, and very friendly staff, specially Marius from reception, can’t wait to visit you again. One off the best place to stay during your holiday with friends and family.
