Parking garage for the guests is safe and secure. Room was huge. View was awesome.

This is one go to hotel in Milwaukee. We have stayed here numerous times throughout the years but unfortunately this time was sub-par at most. They put us in a room where all we heard was stomping, noise, the water being turned on and off of whoever was on the floor. It was difficult to get sleep and relax when it felt like we heard every move from upstairs.

I'm Lifetime Platinum Elite, and I got an upgrade to a river view room. It was one of the biggest hotel rooms I've ever had. It was really nice! Not perfect, there was a light out, but I fared far better than most of my colleagues who had broken fridges, broken AC, or both. The service was also excellent. I felt very lucky and enjoyed my stay very much!
