It seems to be for group tourists. The service is not good. There are no snacks that I want to buy as souvenirs at the shop. The words and behavior of the service staff were questionable.

この日の私たちの宿泊場所は、南三陸ホテル観洋です。仙台市中心部から１時間４０分で、南三陸町の志津川湾沿いにあるホテルに着きました。 ホテルは、海岸のすぐ近くに建っています。案内された高層階の客室からは、正面全体に志津川湾の青い海が広がっていました。内窓を開けると、客室の窓の手すりに、ウミネコが停まり、私たちからわずかに数十cm離れたところにとどまっています。翌朝は、志津川湾の向こうから朝日が昇ってきて、それも素敵な光景でした。 夕食は、レストランシーサイドでいただきました。「海鮮和風御膳」という名前が付けられた会席料理で、ウニやアワビもある豪華な海鮮でした。 おすすめは、私たちも参加した「震災を風化させない為の語り部バス）です。8:45集合の１時間ほどのツアーです。実際に、この地で東日本大震災を体験された従業員が、震災遺構を巡りながらお話くださいました。体験者の生の声が、心に刺さりました。

A great resort-type hotel. An amazing view of the ocean wherever you go in the hotel. Very spacious hot spring baths and delicious local food! The hotel staff members were very friendly and attentive to guests. Difinitely go back there again.
