Sehr gemütliche und gastfreundliche Hosteria. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und informieren über die verschiedenen Möglichkeiten in der Umgebung. Super Pizza und guter Wein Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Können wir jedem weiterempfehlen.

The pizza at the restaurant was really good. Very friendly service. We were a large group and the food was served within a reasonable time. Everyone enjoyed the food they ordered. I was short $1 dollar on our bill. The owners said that was okay and not to worry

Set in a very rural area, we were surprised to walk in and see that the menu was mainly Swiss dishes. Coming from Switzerland, this definitely came as a surprise. Skeptical at first, we decided to go full Swiss menu. All I can say: truly authentic, very tasty, and very fresh. Not at all what we expected, but even more of a delight to see and taste the great food. On top of that, they served the best bread in all of Ecuador we tasted, baked in their custom made stone oven. The accommodation was fairly simple but very cozy and super clean. Nearly all of our activities that we had planned were reachable on foot and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. Ignacio was a great host, and we got to enjoy some early morning bird watching with him right in our front yard. There's also a cool maze to get lost in, that you can see was built with a lot of passion. Fully recommend staying here when staying in Mindo.

Lugar hermoso. Hemos pasado una noche en la roulotte con jacuzzi y estuvo fabuloso. La atención es de primera...nos han consentido y mimado en todo. La comida es muy rica; hacen una pizza en horno a leña riquísima. Hosteria super recomendada.

Un lugar muy agradable tranquilo para pasarla en familia, acogedoras , son cómodas , rico descansar y el aire puro , lo recomiendo que lo visiten , si quieres descansar con la familia o quieres alejarte de la ciudad

We had a great time at La Roulotte. The ‘cabins’ are cozy and original, food in the restaurant was great, especially the copious breakfast. The owners were quite friendly, made us and especially our kids feel right at home. They also organized for us a great birdwatching guide. I would highly recommend this place.

Las carretas son muy cómodas, el servicio excelente, y me encantó el desayuno , sobre todo el pan de masa madre. La hostería está alejada del pueblo, lo que es ideal para descansar en la noche. Muy recomendable.

Die Anlage sieht wunderschön aus! Leider waren wir auf Empfehlung unseres privaten Vermieters Ecolodge nur zum Abendessen hier. Und das war einzigartig. Natur pur. Der freundliche Koch beherrschte gebrochenen schweizer Dialekt der Besitzer und verkaufte das beste Brot das ich je auf meinen Südamerikareisen bekommen habe!!! Ein sogenanntes Highlight!

Dans un endroit enchanteur où les superbes papillons butinent les fleurs, où on peut observer des oiseaux depuis la paillote restaurant. Les chambres, très confortables, sont des roulottes individuelles. Les dîners et petits déjeuners sont excellents. Les tenanciers sont à l'écoute de nos attentes, la nuit, le gérant nous a installé une toile et une lampe pour observer les papillons de nuit.
