The area’s good in the morning but a bit of a walk to the busier part of downtown so may not be as safe to walk around. The room is huge!!! However, it’s not clean! There were a bit if hair in the bathroom, coffee pod left in the coffee maker, and my feet got itchy when I walked bare feet, their carpet looked unclean. But just had to stay overnight for a concert and it was the cheapest option near the concert place so I was fine.

The rooms are nice and clean. The staff has always been nice. My only complaints are that the heat in the room didn’t seem to work for awhile. It seems like you don’t really control the temperature yourself. Also, the parking is $30/night.

We chose this hotel because it was close to the bus station, if not for that, I would choose a different location. I didn’t feel comfortable walking around at night although nothing happened. The room was fine as to be expected from the Hilton hotels.

Large and cozt room. The only problem is, due to safety concern, the front door will be locked at 10pm, which may not be so friendly to late arrivals.

Except the hotel lost my parcel , the rest feeling is good

Very poor accommodation environment. There is no air-conditioning in the room. The room is stuffy and the windows must be opened for ventilation. There is a main traffic thoroughfare below the building next to the window. Every time a vehicle passes by, it will make a loud noise. The hotel counter staff has an arrogant and rude attitude. I asked for a fan because the room was not air-conditioned. I later found out that the sound the fan made was no less than the sound of cars passing downstairs. I am a light sleeper, so I couldn't fall asleep the whole night, and I had to drive a long way the next day. Che, you are a total pain. I will never stay in this kind of hotel again in the future, nor will I recommend it to my relatives and friends.

The magnificent lobby is fascinating, and the most comfortable thing is to check in at the front desk of a hotel in the United States. You will feel the high-quality hotel service, which is the most wonderful enjoyment.

Arrived at the hotel after 8pm, the hotel told me that the air conditioner was broken and they didn't know when it would be fixed. They could check out for free, or choose to get a $30 refund per day or give 1,000 more points. It was so late and I didn't know where to stay, and it was impossible to book another hotel. After checking out after a few days, I found that I hadn't been given anything. I called the hotel, but it was difficult to get through. I finally got through, and they said they were looking for management, but they couldn't get through... I also tried to get through to the front desk during my stay, but the phone was also very difficult to get through. The hotel basically had no service. I will never stay at this hotel again.
