It’s quite near to the university and it’s the cheapest among other places.

The room is small and the bathroom is small, but it has all the necessary facilities. The service is in place and comfortable, and there is hot food for breakfast, which is really rare. There is a Chinese restaurant tea house near the hotel, and the light rail station is just outside the parking lot. More traditional American style.

The location of the hotel is superior, very good, convenient to travel and convenient to park. There are many Chinese restaurants around, so you don't have to go far to eat. I just went to Mingzhou, and here is a very good choice. There is a Chinese restaurant in front of the hotel.

住的是豪華間，房間不是很小，比我想象中要大，早餐很簡單，總體來説比汽車旅館要好很多。安全也不錯

區域方便，到城市哪裡都差不多。挨着明大，中餐館豐富

酒店離公交輕軌和雙城大學很近，走路2分鐘吧，不吵。

Toilet didn’t work, shower and bathroom were really dirty. Almost everything was out of date and the staff wasn’t nice at check in

Definitely in need of an upgrade. Very dated and an odd smell in my room. The room was small but clean; bathroom was very small. Bed was very firm (ok for me) but the pillows were 4 squares - 2 too soft, 2 too firm, and all too small! I was encouraged to stay there as my employer recently acquired the property - I guess I expected better and company employees (University or students) to be the employees but they were not. Breakfast was lackluster - the breakfast area seems to be a former room that has been converted to accommodate this. I guess it's OK - what you'd expect in this area for less than $100/night. I'd be hard pressed to stay there again unless my employer required it (and I'd still have to think about it). WiFi was lacking - again, expected to be on my employer's system but was not; I was unable to get a signal at all in the morning. Parking is free. Small favors, I guess.

The room is small and dated. The bed was okay, Breakfast was good. The bathroom needs some attention. Toilet made noise and the sink didn't drain very well. For the price, and location these small issues should be overlooked. I would stay there again because it was close to the arena and the price and parking availability was great.

This hotel was close to the hospital I was having surgery at. Upon check in, I noticed garbage in the trash cans, used shampoo bottles in the shower, and a full trash bag in the closet area. This made me feel like nothing was actually cleaned. Housekeeping did a very poor job. I will not be staying at this hotel again.

Everything was really nice!! Safe area and nice room, staff was super friendly and helpful! However, the shower is a little bit difficult to use. Trying to pull the nib on the faucet to make the showerhead work was nearly impossible. And when it did work, the water pressure wasnt great either. But overall it was lovely!
