Room had no outside window at all. Room was also a bit dirty especially in the bathroom. You could see lots of curly black hair stuck to the bathroom ceiling. There was also used lashes left in the garbage can.

The location is good and inside of the room look decent. Staff is nice. However, our king bed in standard king room is very firm. I am not able to sleep comfortably at night. Saw review on google with someone from the hotel saying that a soft topper can be requested. Asked staff for help and they did but there is none. Disappointed for a 4 star to have uncomfortable bed. Bed in 2 star is more comfortable and it is in standard king room as well. Most likely will never come back because the most important thing in staying at hotel is the comfort of the bed. I don't want to risk having to sleep in uncomfortable bed for a few night.

The location was amazing. I was there to do all Prince stuff! Staff were amazing and helpful when I had questions. Room was clean and comfortable! Restaurant attached to hotel was a plus and the food and service was awesome! Hotel is around everything you may need. I

Good hotel

I went for a concert at the Target Center and it's literally less than a five minute walk. Awesome location. Easy and fast check in. Parking available at or near the hotel (I only paid $7 for a one night stay!). Nice room. Overall, great experience.

Systems down. Had to wait forever to get in. Garbage. Front desk said they would bring me a key. Never did. Trapped in hotel room.

Great stay! Location is perfect for Twins and Vikings games; walkable or even a couple blocks to the Metro. Would recommend.

The hotel was easy to locate and parking was also easy. It was beautiful and the staff were helpful and kind. Our room was clean and spacious. My only complaint would be the pillows and beds. Both were not overly comfortable and my husband and I did not sleep well because of them.

Very convenient place to stay when attending an event in the theatre district. Staff 5 stars. Bed so comfortable, had not had a night without leg pain in months. Liked it so much looked for brand so I can look into purchase for home. We were on 10th floor so had a nice view and the floor/room itself was very quiet. But you will still hear outside siren noise being in a large city. The negative in this area is eating as most places don't open until 4 pm. And so many places have closed since our last visit 5 years ago.

My room was not cleaned thoroughly. Telephone had a layer of dust, bathroom floor needed a good mopping, coffee packet left in coffee maker ( which didn’t work), and room didn’t have bottles of water that I was promised at checkin. Bar/ rest. closed at 8:30pm.

The hotel was very nice, quiet, clean. We received a 15.00 gift voucher for being ******* members and had a lovely breakfast at Wodd and Paddle. Mohammed, the concierge was exceptional - so friendly and kind and thoughtful. He made us feel very well taken care of.

This hotel has a WiFi connection speed that could be compared to a third world country. Beyond slow. This caused the TV in the room to not work properly and disconnect from broadcasting every 15 min. The bathroom needs to have a vent as it gets really stuffy after taking a shower. Only 1 guy on the front desk was welcoming and clearly an expert in being accommodating.

The location of this hotel to the Target Center is very close. We also were able to walk to it via the inside skyway and so didn’t have to walk in the cold! The restaurant affiliated with the restaurant offered excellent food so we didn’t have to wander around looking for an alternative. We definitely would stay here again!
