The hotel is in the heart of Minneapolis downtown, walkable distance to all major attractions. The rooms are very neat, confortabe and with all the amenities you need. Really enjoy the stay. Parking is a little bit expensive.

This hotel was a short walk to US Bank Stadium. Check in was easy & fast. There was a bar/restaurant that was a little spendy but we liked the convenience of having it on site.

Wonderfully updated hotel in downtown Minneapolis. We stayed here for a concert at the US Bank stadium. It’s a 10 minute walk to the stadium. We went to Oceanaire seafood room for dinner. That was excellent and was about a 8 minute walk from the hotel. The bed was extremely comfortable! We will be staying there again in the near future. Parking was only $15 for the overnight stay.

We stayed at The Rand because it is within walking distance of US Bank stadium and it is lovely! It feels art deco with beautiful modern touches. The ladies lobby bath has beautiful tile, artistic loon tile and gold fixtures. The elevators were clean and so is the lobby & bar. Everyone was so helpful. We valet parked our car. Our hotel room was beautiful. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was so cozy. The bathroom is beautiful with tile shower and elegant touches. I would definitely stay here again.

The Rand Tower is a great place to stay! Convenient location allows you to walk to most venues/restaurants! Parking ramp right next door if you drive/need a car!

The staff at Rand Tower were amazing - they went above and beyond for us. In room amenities were top notch. Loved Blondette for brunch and the gym was well appointed. Great location and well decorated!

Front desk employee's was exceptionally nice! Bed was very comfortable. Have a great time at the bar. Would definitely stay again.

Property and room very clean. Staff attentive and helpful. View not terribly interesting. Convenient location.
