Hotel needs upgrading, the room was nasty!!

reception guys are really nice, the 1st room was quite noisy and get changed to another one. comfortable to stay

The location is convenient, close to the metro. But the building is too old and the floors are empty. Health services are okay. The swimming pool is not clean and the gym equipment is not fully equipped.

The surrounding is quiet, relatively safe, and the room is clean and sanitary

The room is quite spacious and the breakfast is good

The service attitude is good, the hotel is clean and comfortable, the location is close to the school, the transportation is convenient, the hotel's wifi works very well, there is breakfast and dinner but no lunch🥣, which is a little bit uncomfortable

Front desk staff was a bit rude. Several people was looking at items to purchase and he said I should wait to check in after they was done. Instead of informing them he would check me in and then return to them. He was also rude about parking and told me I could go check in somewhere else if I felt unsafe.

Front desk guy was helpful and nice. Parking was good even though it was $30. The real problem with this place and apparently all Hiltons now is the design of the rooms. The bathroom door doesn’t shut, it’s just a sliding door with no latch. So not only can you not lock the door, you can’t even seal it. Who wants to go to the bathroom or shower with a door like that? I can’t imagine anyone would prefer this.

Needed a hotel near the U of MN hospital and this newer hotel was nice! I chose this more upscale hotel for the pool/hot tub and they were a comfort to sore muscles. A drawback is you pay to park if you have a car. Breakfast is available for purchase…I didn’t need.

Wonderful, spacious rooms, good breakfast, reasonable walk (some 8 min) to the metro. Great access to the university and ok metro commute to downtown. I had a family loss during my stay and staff were very accommodating to change by reservation- I was very impressed and grateful.

The staff at the front desk during the evening was rude. Other than that, it was a fantastic stay!

We had no hot water in the shower, so we called maintenance staff to fix it. It was still an issue the entire stay.

Good location, walkable to the campus areas, restaurants. Restaurant/bar at the hotel was not open which was unfortunate. Room was very warm, had trouble with thermostat and the coffee maker didn’t work properly. Kids loved the pool. Overall would definitely stay again if traveling to that area.
