　Since I live near Haneda Airport, Osaka also uses almost air routes. There is a merit to use this hotel because there is a direct bus service from the airport to various places. The hotel room is not large, but the sound insulation is excellent and quiet. (The bath is not small) Also, breakfast can be purchased at the airport health Japanese restaurant (open from ７ hours ３０ minutes) or choose a sandwich (convenient for early morning departure). Both are delicious. You can also leave your luggage and go to hanging work and sightseeing. It is very convenient because you can buy souvenirs back in the airport. 　

It is good that there is an open-air bath, the room is large, and the view outside is good from the large window. However, the amount is high. Even in this time of Corona, it's a bit unthinkable to spend close to 10,000 yen. However, staying in such a room is quite relaxing and feels good. It's great that you can come right after getting off Kishibe Station without getting wet in the rain. It is also good that there is a convenience store in the hotel building. I thought the convenience store was on the first floor, but it was actually on the second floor. If you walk down the passage from the station without going down to the ground, there is a convenience store and there is an elevator next to it, which will take you to the front desk of the hotel. The only problem is the table. The table where you put your PC and work is small. I can't work indoors. Although it is a PR point that there is an open-air bath on the roof, you can not see the outside scenery. All the outside is covered with walls, and you can only see the sky. It's nice to take a bath outside, but it's a pity that you can't see outside.

This is not the first time we stay at Karaksa joint. After our previous stay at Karaksa Saporro, we decided to try in Osaka. If you take exit 4 from Shin-Osaka Station, you can take a 3 minute walk to Karaksa Shin Osaka Tower Hotel. Reception is at 2nd floor, it was quick service and easy. We reserved 2 bed and 3 bed , total of 2 rooms connecting. It was convenient for party of 5 travelers. The amenities including electric converter was provided in the room. What we like about Karaksa is the bed, bathroom, and room is very confortable. English translated system on TV, AC and Laundry as well. 4 laundry machines with coins in located at 4th floor. Very convenient. During the rainy days, towels are provided at the entrance for free. You can also monitor the status of the laundry machine as well. What a service, we love it We love staying at this hotel, definitely recomended for family stay.

It is one subway station away from Umeda (but you have to walk a few hundred meters before and after), and there are three buses to Osaka Kansai Airport at the door of the hotel, which is very convenient. Some Japanese front desk staff are not very friendly to Chinese people, but they are very enthusiastic to Koreans. I heard that there are many Koreans in Osaka, and I can't tell whether I met her fellow countrymen. The room cleaning is weird. If the guests don't specifically ask for a comprehensive cleaning of the room, it is basically not cleaned. They only change towels and add bottled water. Summary: It is more suitable for young couples to travel, and you can enjoy the Sky Spa. It is not suitable for families with children. The hotel reservation system is not well connected with China. If you want to earn money from Chinese people, you should show some serious service awareness. Otherwise, just honestly collect money from Koreans. That's all!

Good room, friendly staff, location is great for heart of shinjuku although can hear lots of noise from the street at night.

Location is good although it is not situated in the most popular spot, however for people who want to avoid the busy crowd, this location is very suitable. It is very easy and convenient to take metro to Shinsaibashi, Umeda and Osaka Station (like 1-2 station distance). There are many local cafe nearby, if you are not going to choose hotel breakfast, there are many choices outside. Staff service is good also, and I'm quite impressed of their english level which are easy for us to communicate.
