Comfort Suites

The staff is friendly and helpful, the room was spacious for our family of four. The room had a couch that could use a steam clean, but that is realistically beyond what I expect the staff to do, other than that it was clean and tidy. The breakfast was good and had the typical options. I definitely would stay in this property again.

Nice hotel with a nice bar. We had an accesible room for my mom but i feel an accessible room should not be on the 4th floor. The shower was extremely slippery. Had no rubber mat and was very hard for my mother to get in it. The free Breakfast was great. Overall great loction and place to stay.

We were told we needed to wait because a handicap room wasn’t available, we stated we didn’t need a handicap room just the extra bed. We got one anyway the shower was terrible and the tile sloped under the sink which after a few showers ended up being around an inch of standing water. Noisy people upstairs then turned into the neighbor having a screaming match on the phone at 3 am to 4 and back at it at 7. No sleep for any of the family and still was over priced.

Stay was good, but hallways smelled like cigarettes. Room was nice. Not a lot of choice for breakfast.

Good location and my kids enjoyed the water slides.

The front desk staff have been phenomenal. We were impressed with their professionalism, service and helpfulness. However we were greatly disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. It appears house keeping inspections have not been conducted. The mattress protectors on the hide a bed couches in all three rooms are disgusting at best. This is the second stay at this establishment and it seems to have gone downhill since last year. We started in room 412. I have attached the pictures of the room. We a found crumbs, bugs and multiple blood stains and on the hide a bed, dirt hair and filth behind the mattresses and a bottle cap and dirt on the room floor. We then moved to 226. I have attached pictures of the room. Where we found another dirty hide a bed. A spoon, garbage, battery, more crumbs, tone nail, Skittles and possible tampon?!? Lastly the door didn’t latch shut properly. We finally settled on room 210. I have attached pictures of the room. We felt that one ant, a dirty sock and a small blood stain on the bed was the cleanest we were going to get. Which in my standards is not acceptable. The night staff did inform us that they were unable to refund our rooms as we did ask thinking we could change hotels. They informed us we would need to speak with the manager. Emailed the manager 2 times and stoped at the front desk 3 times over two days and called one time. I have not heard from Kim and nothing was done about the cleanliness of the rooms.

The rooms weren’t as clean as one would like. Lots of hair on the shower walls and spray of some sort on the bathroom door. You could see fingerprints all over the headboard and one lamp was so dirty I wouldn’t even touch it to turn it on. Then my son lost his bouncy ball and we had to move the couch and yikes.
