There is no SPA only a small swiming pool acts like SPA, the gym is located in the SPA room and hardly any room to more around. There are 3 relaxing bed abd on sofa. There is no active resturant even they advertise it on there website and TV. There is only tea in the room and no coffee. In the bath room there are no floor mats/towels.

This is a beautiful hotel with absolutely disgraceful terrible service. This hotel is not a five start hotel due to bad service. Rude reception staff.

The location of the hotel is practically in the center of the city. Has its own parking. But I was shocked when, when checking into a superior family room (two rooms - two beds - king size and single) with my adult son, the girl at the reception said that they would lock the second room with a separate bed with a key, since this room was supposedly Designed for three, but there are only two of us! Such is the order! And this despite the fact that I paid for the entire room! Still would have offered to hook someone up! After a long scandal, they nevertheless agreed to open a second room. And only after the guard gave the order! There is no restaurant in the hotel! More precisely, physically the room seems to be there, but it does not work. Just like there is no bar. The room is more or less clean, although the glasses have to be torn off from the cardboard coaster. There is a meager minibar, kettle. I would like to be objective, but negative emotions go off scale even after such a reception. In general, they plunged into the soviet service of the last century. Do not even think about 4 stars for this hotel.
