Best Hotels near Istoriko-Kul＇turnyy Muzey-Zapovednik ＂Zaslavl＇＂, Minsk Region

Stayed here for nearly one week. It’s a quite new and modern hotel. The luxury rooms were big and spacious. The hotel staff were helpful and nice. The hotel has a big swimming pool and sauna. This hotel has some challenges with coordination of their airport taxi service. I feel the hotel staff can improve in this area, and therefore I give it only 4 stars. For example, I pre-ordered airport pickup from the hotel. When I arrived, no taxi was there and I called the hotel to ask where my taxi was. To be honest, the hotel was perceived as quite uninterested to help. Eventually the hotel gave me the taxis registration number and told me to go out on the parking space and search for it myself!! I felt that was quite rude and unprofessional. Besides, I have never experienced that a traveler is expected to leave the airport and search for the taxi on the parking space. Turned out that the taxi was late and wasn’t even at the airport by that time.

Close to metro station and opposite of the park which makes it a nice walk. Next to shopping malls and restaurant. Hotel is not brand new and has an antique 70's feel to it which is fabulous. Bed is comfortable and contains all necessary amenities. Nothing bad to say about this hotel- love the souvenir shop which makes things easy should you forget to purchase gifts....all in all- happy with this hotel in beautiful Belarus

The first time I went to Belarus, I booked this hotel. The location of the hotel is very good. It is in the city center, very close to the famous Red Ribbon Shopping Center. It is very convenient for shopping. The indoor environment of the hotel is good, and the view is very good. You can see Lagoon of tears, a swimming pool and fitness club are very good, and the breakfast is rich. The disadvantage is: there is no anti-lock device on the door, which gives people a sense of insecurity. Because some minor incidents happened, a few men on the same floor watched them. They knocked on the door at night, called to harass them, and suffered a little fright. Later, I asked to change the room. The room I changed was a bit cold, and the facilities in the room were a bit outdated. The overall experience was not bad!

My wife and I stayed in this hotel in early August. For two nights. Standard room. Well, what can I say? Bed and pillows are comfortable, the sauna is modern, sleep quietly even with open window (street is not central), slippers, coat. Candey is not boring. Clean. (”Everything ate,” as explained to us. ) And tea cups too (have they eaten too?). And on the second day there was totally no black tea. At the same time, it was in our room. I went up just up and brought. And I got a bag and the girls at the restaurant: If anyone else would ask? They still have no creep or kefir for breakfast. Like class. Каждый год я отмечаю его в поездках во всевозможных отелях и всегда получаю хотя бы мало-мальский знак внимания, а чаще всего поздравления целый день. Для меня это не вопрос пирожного в номер, а показатель отношения отеля к клиентам. У нас был поздний выезд и когда за пару часов до выезда из отеля не было никакого поздравления, я подошла на ресепшен спросить. После моего вопроса «положено ли мне что-то в день рождение?» сотрудники стали меня убеждать что с утра в номер принесут чизкейк / игристое (тут они не договорились) и все будет супер. На мой ответ что день рождение у меня сегодня и для меня видимо сделали исключение , ничего не принеся, сказали «что они не отвечают за поздравления гостей, этим занимается кто-то другой». Поэтому в свой день рождение я не услышала даже элементарного «с днем рождения» от сотрудников отеля. Насколько же внимательно отель отнесется ко мне в следующий раз, когда у меня не будет особого дня - вопрос для меня риторический. Так же, когда с утра я подходила на ресепшен , спросила когда открывается самогон красоты , мне сказали «мы за них не отвечаем, они приходят где-то к 11-12 часам». Когда я подошла часам к 12 к салону, там шла фотосессия модели, видимо для соц сетей. На мой вопрос «могут ли они помыть и высушить мне волосы» сотрудник закатила глаза и тихо-тихо сказала администратору, что она планировала еще выпить кофе и причесаться и мне предложили прийти часа через 2-3, когда мне было уже совсем неудобно. Обычно, во всех отелях с руками и ногами готовы забрать клиента, но видимо не здесь. Ставлю 4, потому что день рождение раз в году и не для всех гостей это актуально. А расположение , завтраки , номера замечательные.

Очень уютный номер, отличные сервис, всё устроено с вниманием к деталям. Отдохнули с комфортом! Очень чисто, приятно пахнет, всё исправно работает. Очень приятные девушки на ресепшене ☺️ Кафе, относящееся к отелю, тоже порадовало хорошим сервисом и вкусными блюдами.

Stopped with a family with two children at the hotel in November 2023. Room cosy , clean , bed linen white , pillows pleasant comfortable , soft light blankets. Service was all liked , kind staff . At the restaurant at the hotel, too liked everything. Breakfast is all delicious. Convenient location. Nature .For children there is a platform , and ducks , children are delighted. Walk in the air. We'll come back again.

For the price it is really good. We stayed in a family room and it was spacious, with more than enough clothes and stuff storage options. I didn't like the breakfast thougg (served at the cafe next door at extra charge). The area is not in the downtown but easy to commute.

I often fly to different countries and live in hotels accordingly, this time this hotel was relatively clean and good. I would probably even set the rating 4-5 if there were no girls from the resepshne. I think the girls from the respiratory must be friendly, smiling, responsive, etc. , but here were naked, chumy, rude, etc. , in turn, it was not quite pleasant. The P.S. host of this hotel or manager needs to review the qualifications of the employees, regrettably because of such staff, the status of the hotel is affected.

The view were so nice when it was snowing. rooms are warm and comfortable. Room service and reception are kind. The only thing makes us upset that this order doesn’t contain breakfast, and we should pay it every morning. To be honest, the breakfast was a little bit expensive than other hotel.
