Stayed here for nearly one week. It’s a quite new and modern hotel. The luxury rooms were big and spacious. The hotel staff were helpful and nice. The hotel has a big swimming pool and sauna. This hotel has some challenges with coordination of their airport taxi service. I feel the hotel staff can improve in this area, and therefore I give it only 4 stars. For example, I pre-ordered airport pickup from the hotel. When I arrived, no taxi was there and I called the hotel to ask where my taxi was. To be honest, the hotel was perceived as quite uninterested to help. Eventually the hotel gave me the taxis registration number and told me to go out on the parking space and search for it myself!! I felt that was quite rude and unprofessional. Besides, I have never experienced that a traveler is expected to leave the airport and search for the taxi on the parking space. Turned out that the taxi was late and wasn’t even at the airport by that time.

Close to metro station and opposite of the park which makes it a nice walk. Next to shopping malls and restaurant. Hotel is not brand new and has an antique 70's feel to it which is fabulous. Bed is comfortable and contains all necessary amenities. Nothing bad to say about this hotel- love the souvenir shop which makes things easy should you forget to purchase gifts....all in all- happy with this hotel in beautiful Belarus

The first time I went to Belarus, I booked this hotel. The location of the hotel is very good. It is in the city center, very close to the famous Red Ribbon Shopping Center. It is very convenient for shopping. The indoor environment of the hotel is good, and the view is very good. You can see Lagoon of tears, a swimming pool and fitness club are very good, and the breakfast is rich.
The disadvantage is: there is no anti-lock device on the door, which gives people a sense of insecurity. Because some minor incidents happened, a few men on the same floor watched them. They knocked on the door at night, called to harass them, and suffered a little fright. Later, I asked to change the room. The room I changed was a bit cold, and the facilities in the room were a bit outdated. The overall experience was not bad!

My wife and I stayed in this hotel in early August. For two nights. Standard room. Well, what can I say? Bed and pillows are comfortable, the sauna is modern, sleep quietly even with open window (street is not central), slippers, coat. Candey is not boring. Clean. But here's the closet - neither embedded nor normal - in the room. Hey-God! Only the hanger at the entrance and three shoulders on it roll. Everything (see appended photo). Here we did not expect ... (We then explained that the building was originally built not under the hotel, that before that here the luxury-priton was with ”massage offices,” and then the authorities closed it and forced to reprofile. ) There is a parking your own protected, under the slagbaum. Free, by the way. The weak place they have is breakfast, of course. All the dishes that are thought to be hot (cash, sausages, eggs, omlet, etc.) in fact - how would it be elegant to express? ”cool. And it's even though underneath them all candles stand. And the point is a little. On the first day we came an hour before breakfast time, so they had cheese out. (”Everything ate,” as explained to us. ) And tea cups too (have they eaten too?). And on the second day there was totally no black tea. At the same time, it was in our room. For the price it is really good. We stayed in a family room and it was spacious, with more than enough clothes and stuff storage options. I didn't like the breakfast thougg (served at the cafe next door at extra charge). The area is not in the downtown but easy to commute.

I often fly to different countries and live in hotels accordingly, this time this hotel was relatively clean and good. I would probably even set the rating 4-5 if there were no girls from the resepshne. I think the girls from the respiratory must be friendly, smiling, responsive, etc. , but here were naked, chumy, rude, etc. , in turn, it was not quite pleasant. The view were so nice when it was snowing. rooms are warm and comfortable. Room service and reception are kind. The only thing makes us upset that this order doesn’t contain breakfast, and we should pay it every morning. To be honest, the breakfast was a little bit expensive than other hotel.

Nice hotel, easy to find (thanks to its special shape), situated near Kuntsevschina metro station (15-minute walk or 3 stops by bus, which stops a few metres from the hotel). Quiet surroundings, a few supermarkets and restaurants in the vicinity. The room was pleasant, with 2 beds, a balcony, TV set, desk and chair, a big wardrobe and toilet with a shower, toiletries and hairdryer provided. Cleaned every day. There were some issues with their card payment terminal when I arrived, but it was OK the following morning. Wi-fi not very strong and reliable, had some problems to log in on one phone and I didn´t manage to log in on another telephone. The receptions desk girls nice and helpful, no problem I arrived before midnight, and the evening before my departure they arranged airport transfer for me - I was leaving at 4 a.m. If ever in Minsk again, I will definitely try to get accommodation here.

БОЛЬШЕ СЮДА НИ НОГОЙ! Проживала в отеле неделю. Единственный плюс данного заведения - действительно просторные номера с хорошим видом. На этом положительное заканчивается. Самое главное -отвратительный сервис- вот просто хуже некуда!Начиная с рецепшн, заканчивая администраторами спа.Везде отношение хамское, на все просьбы реагируют агрессивно, просто дно! Кавролин в номере грязный с пятнами, не пылесосили в номере ни разу, хотя я неоднократно обращалась с этой просьбой, воду то ставили, то нет, ни ручки, ни блокнота, ни штопора в номере вы не найдёте. Халат, тапки , зубные принадлежности тоже только по запросу. Завтраки скуднейшие. Диагноз - ДИКИЙ СОВОК. Пока вы не проведете беседы с персоналом и должным образом их не подготовите к работе с клиентами, никакой шикарный вид вам не поможет.
