Good for rate for one day

Spacious, comfortable and clean room. Good breakfast, very good location of the hotel. Miss. Palominos is somewhat authoritarian, she lacks empathy and improving her attitude towards the client/guest. Check-in was a bad experience with her at reception. The other employees do their jobs well.

Very good hotel, what you order is the simplest coffee, something is always missing

The room was bigger than I imagined, the staff was kind, the facilities were a little old, the breakfast was good, overall I was satisfied, but not 5 star

I like it because it's spacious. The location is the best. There is also a Korean mart within 2-3 minutes on foot. The facilities are a bit old. Breakfast is just okay.

Very good service

Our flight arrived at 6:30am and we got to the hotel at 8:30am. They allowed us to check in early for a $35 fee which was great because we were exhausted. The room was ok but our air conditioning units didn’t not cool the room and only blow air. It was 80 degrees and humid so we were sweating in bed and did not enjoy our sleep. The hotel A/C units were dripping water and the windows were old and you could hear a lot of street noise until 3am. The room also smelled and our feet were dirt from the carpet in the room.

Great location in the center of Miraflores with a proper staff. The room is large but dated for the price. Also there is some noise from the street. The hot water took time to warm up, and the free breakfast was adequate. The hotel is also called Thunderbolt Hotel Pardo.

It has a different name on Google Maps so I thought our booking got mixed up. The location is good, 10-15 min walking distance to major Miraflores attractions. There are a number of good coffee shops and restaurants around the area too. Check-in was breezy. Our one-bedroom looked outdated, there was no electric kettle, no minibar, nor complimentary water. Do not book a taxi through the hotel, it is 30 soles more expensive than booking it through another 3rd party booking app.

It is a well located hotel in Miraflores, a safe area and close to everything. Very good price quality ratio

Super clean hotel, very comfortable bed, super comfortable pillows, TV worked well, WiFi not so much but it was still good, refrigerator worked well, actually everything was pleasant, nice hotel, good service from the reception onwards everything was super good, I would return a thousand times more

Don't choose this hotel; terrible, horrible breakfast; room smells bad, air conditioning feels like it's going to explode. My God!! If you prefer five stars, this is not the hotel for you. J&A Classic Hotel definitely does not fall into the five-star category! False advertising!!

The hotel has very good infrastructure, however it requires maintenance and modernization, at least on the floor I stayed in (2). I'm not sure but it looked like they were doing some work on it on upper floors. Good breakfast.
