Mercure Ariosto Lima Reviews

Very good location, a little quieter and safe than downtown, nice new area of Lima, lots of good restaurants around. Hotel is quite new & updated, but unfortunately my toilet was leaking and bathroom floor has been wet. Service was not quite up to standard either, firstly when I first entered the room refreshing myself, staff just opened the door without even knocking, I was shocked and she just ask was everything okay, I replied yes, but it would be nice if you knock on the door before entering a room with guest in it, what if I am not ready to receive. Secondly I made two separate bookings for my stay, usually other hotels would just combine two bookings into one stay, but this hotel, they made me checked out first booking in the morning, store luggages at reception and re-check-in again in the afternoon.

They don't care about the guests' health. The newly painted wall smells bad, something like formaldehyde makes my head ache a lot. After changing for another room, everything is still the same. Too bad.

Very reasonable price . Location is good and easy to travel around. 2min walking to supermarket. ******, very clean and good size of room. Comfortable bed. Clean. Breakfast included. Love it

Everything is ok except I kinda left my airpod there but they cannot send it to the country I want them to send back.

The hotel was great and the staff super friendly. The included breakfast has been the best we’ve so far in Peru. Would definately recommend staying here to anyone!

Good lighting and service, fast storage of luggage without delay

This is the cleanest hotel with the friendliest and most consistent cleaning I've experienced in Peru. The water pressure is strong and the breakfast is okay. The location is also good. Better managed than 5 star, the Mercure Ariosto Lima is a hotel you'll want to visit again.

I stayed there almost a week. It is comfortable and quite area.

The location is quite good, near the airport bus and tourist center, saving you the trouble of going back and forth from the airport! Taking a taxi at airports around the world is a hassle! The natural enemy of foreign tourists!

The service staff speaks good English and is very friendly. The room is very comfortable and clean. There are many restaurants nearby. I would like to stay there next time if I have the opportunity. Unfortunately, I can only stay for one night. I can stay for a few more nights next time.

The hotel is extremely clean and tidy. Special praise should be given to the cleaning staff. It was the first time that a staff member tidied up the dressing table, and I felt so heart-warming when I saw it! The only thing that can be improved is that the breakfast can be richer~ This hotel is also very close to the Inca Market, just walking distance~ Recommended to stay!

Overall, it was a neat style hotel :) The location was safe and it was good to go downtown, and the hotel breakfast was of good quality, so I was able to eat fresh and healthy every morning. In particular, in addition to the buffet style, the egg menus were cooked immediately after ordering, so a more delicious breakfast was possible. The hotel staff were all friendly and the room was in good condition!!
