Strategic location. 5 minutes walk to miri waterfront. Nice and cosy setting but Hard mattress. Avoid room 107... Air conditioning not cold

Nice and beautiful hotel. Large room, comfortable bed, normal bathroom. Excellent breakfast, filling and very tasty. Excellent and hospitable staff at the reception: the problem was not in the hotel, they solved it, although they were not obliged to. We'll fly to Mulu again and stay with you.

Always a good choice when travelling to miri city center. Chosen this hotel few times and very good comment to stay with.

Pros
-Staff is friendly & helpful, had a welcome drink & small hot towel for cleaning.
-Room is clean, provide dispatch water (LG brand) each floor.
-Location is good, near Imperial shopping mall, food shop/stall, convenience shop,etc...
Cons
-WIFI internet not really working, very slow and sometime disconnect. (hopefully will improve on it)
