Exceptional hospitality! First of all, there was 4 of us traveling. Two of our friends couldn’t make it to the trip. The rest of the two of us were given an upgrade to suite room!! Room was very clean, beautiful and everything we needed. We were so given a front entrance parking- which was amazing for us. Second of all, the staff are very helpful, friendly and accommodating. We appreciate the warm welcome, the complimentary drinks upon arrival and damp towel given for us to wipe- it makes us feel very royal lol! Overall, we want to thank the general manager and staff for the great experience and comfortable stay. Definitely looking forward to staying at this hotel next time. I highly recommend!

The first room assigned to us was filled with after smoking cigarettes coming from the bathroom.
I have allergies on smoke and could not sleep the whole night and not able to change as it was fully booked.
Request the change the next day, reception mentioned 10am and we requested the new room key sent to us as we had to move luggage’s. We were kept waiting for 40mins with 3 reminders to the front desk with each time informing us on the way which does not make sense. The lift and walk moves faster than 40mins.

Good to see a Dayak themed hotel in Miri. The shower is superb, very hot water, good pressure. The bed is super comfortable. If you like wrestling, you'll love channel 1: 24 hour wrestling Iban love it lol. Good location midway between town and marina.

It all depends at what price you got this hotel for. I got it under 40 dollars so no complaints in general . The hotel is very near to Canada Hill. The hotel has seen better days. Decent room with tv but no channels . No fridge. The Bath room has a washbasin and shower in the bath tub but no tap. There is no Comod shower which is a common thing in Asian hotels usually. Biggest problem is there are no good place to eat nearby . You have to walk at least 800 meters to get a food court . There are 2 convenience store bang opposite the hotel. The hotel staff is very poorly trained they have no idea about the neighbourhood and local sightseeing attractions. Do visit Coco Cabana and Canada Hill for view .

The room was spacious and tidy, which was a plus. However, there were some drawbacks such as the lack of amenities and issues like a stained bathtub and a leaking hose. Despite these concerns, I would consider staying there again, hoping to see improvements. The rates were reasonable, which was another positive point. Very comfortable beds but the rooms are tight. We stayed in a deluxe family room which had two queen beds that didn’t leave much room for much else. We had a tv on the wall between the beds and really didn’t want for much else. The desk and chair was small, a small bar fridge and a separate glass privacy area for a shower and loo. I must admit I loved the generosity of the shower😂. Only draw back was the parking is voucher parking out the front and parking inspection was bang on 8am where we received a parking ticket.

Though the location of the Hotel is on the highway road side, is not directly accessible for driving. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. There eateries located in the same building, from Western food to Asian cuisine food court. There is a twenty four hour dobi, a car wash and a convenient store. The place is outdated and some rooms are not well maintained but it's clean. Staff is very accommodating but the management needs to upgrade their system and renovate the room. Some facilities are not utilised and the cafe at lobby price is ridiculous 🤣 RM40 for an Evian water.

I suggest the basement should reserve for the guest not only for long stay guest. It made a very inconvenient to us as no enough parking space and have to park very far away. Cleaning have to do everyday without any demand although I put notice to cleaning but no one turn up. The building a little bit noisy as the persons around like to pull the chair around

Just walking distance from Miri airport, this hotel is a real gem. The rooms are well-designed and well-lit (most hotel rooms are too dim for me), complete with ceiling fan so we could just open the window and enjoy natural air; and we loved the breakfast place with its high ceilings and good spread. Staff too are very nice; and special kudos to bell-boy/shuttle van driver Charles Ta. He was so nice and helpful (we were carrying a fair amount of baggage + two kids) - even getting us trolleys at the airport and, after all that, he graciously declined my tip saying he was just happy to do his job well. I hope the hotel management is reading this - please do compliment him.

DDalia AltreaMy first time staying at this hotel. Here are the things that I love about the hotel during my stay:
♡ The beddings were so soft to my sensitive skin & very comfy.
♡ The room was clean & big enough for solo traveller like me.
♡ The washroom was also clean & spacious.
♡ Extra pillow was provided inside the cupboard.
♡ An eatery (The Yard) & a convenience store are just below the hotel.
♡ One of my favourite eatery (Dozo Nanyang Kopi House) is less than 5 minutes walk from the hotel.
♡ Malls (Bintang Megamall & Permaisuri Mall) are near to the hotel (only RM4 by using Maxim).
However, there are some areas that can be improved by this hotel for more optimal convenience & experience such as:
- Provide tissue for the room.
- Provide electric water kettle & sachet drinks.
- Provide more TV channels.

GGuest UserPros (+) - Very affordable (family room with 2 beds is around $90+ RM) - Accessible location (you can easily walk to get to stalls and local eateries) Cons (-) - Hotel is really old & outdated - Room is unhygienic (Toilet smells like urine, Sink are clogged) - Poor maintenance on amenities (aircond takes a long while before fully functional) - Missing some basic features (iron, hot drinks, toothbrush etc) Verdict: If you are on a budget or does not plan to stay at the hotel for long periods of time, this hotel would be fine as it is very affordable and has good location if you plan to explore the city by walking. If you are looking for a comfortable stay or plan to stay in the hotel for long hours this hotel is not suitable for you as it has poorly maintained amenities and missing features as well as hygienic issues.

GGuest UserMy partner and I love the hotel/apartment reception, you feel like you are at home when you are away from home. The apartments are simple but have kitchenware, microwave facilities and a small fridge. The price of the room is reasonable and acceptable for a serviced apartment. It takes only 5 minutes to drive to Miri City from the apartment/hotel. A shopping mall (Merdeka Mall) is right next to the hotel/apartment, and there are many halal foods in the mall.

It is always expected that the Staff provides good service for the customers as hotels are a part of the hospitality industry, so personally, I think it is important to point out clearly about this matter. Make sure to include all the negative aspects of the service in your review, if any.

GGuest UserTime square is a good location at Miri center. Apartment is clean and quiet. I'm not too happy with the subpar service of the rental agency. Not my first time renting a place managed by them. Consistently so far, agent managing any of the unit managed by Evernet has never been proactive to send me my check in details 1 day before check in. All in all had to contact them 4-5 times in 24 hours to finally get all the information I need to get to the right apartment unit. If you want better service at the same area of Miri town, stay at a hotel like Pullman (prompt service/at least they let you know they will take awhile if its peak timeframe). If you want better value for money, you probably be happier with services from other operators. There is no shortage of choices in Miri. Apartment rating: 4 star. Agency rating: 0 star.

Room : common facilities available, just the toilet is old and not clean (many rusted stain).

GGuest UserIt was a 1hr drive from Miri city to the resort. The condition of Miri-Bintulu road was very challenging as its under major maintenance. We basically on 50km/hr. The resort is a good place for family get together esp when we have limited access to the internet & calls. There are a lot of physical activities you can do there in a group or solo. The resort tour included in the stay is a great exposure for kids to understand rainforest eco system.
