Bombay Suites -Grand Ovation Mississauga

I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to the entire team at Bombay Suites. My family and I had the opportunity to stay for an extended period of time across 7 months, and the "end to end" service experience for us was always nothing short of first-rate. November was a life changing time for my family and I, and Thanks to the team at Bombay, our transition to Ovation II was nothing short of remarkable. Noteworthy efforts should always be acknowledged. Kudos to the Operations and Sales teams for keeping things moving, seamlessly, for us, and for all of the resident guests around the clock. I would like to take a moment to express my gratitude and share my experience by name. Vijay - Always always always provided a superb, superior and premium service experience. As our main point of contact and interface from before initial check-in up to and including check-out - any questions, concerns, inquiries, or items which needed to be addressed - he would _always see to it that these items received the attention they deserved, in a timely fashion, and with consistent, clear, and exemplary communication - whether in person or via email. His hospitality exceeded all expectations. A Sincere Thank you to you, Vijay. Monika - In a warm and friendly manner would always check-in to ensure we were having a pleasant stay. A true professional in every sense of the word. Thank you for everything, Monika. Jean and George, and all the team members who assisted us during our stay: from housekeeping to maintenance - Thank you! Our package included housekeeping services; full kitchen w all major appliances; living room and bedroom furnishings; internet with wi-fi and ethernet (if/when needed), ensuite washer dryer, home office area, entertainment components including flat screen tvs, premium cable tv package, blu-ray player, and a touch of home decor that you would have to see and experience for yourself. Fantastic amenities for all family members, including, but not limited to: Fitness Centre, Aerobics Room, Indoor Pool, Sauna, Theatre, Bowling Alley, Billiards Room, Games Room w Ping Pong, Air Hockey, Table Football, etc. Excellent mail and package delivery services, and some of the finest concierge and security services I have encountered. Secure underground parking. Garbage Chute on same level. Recycling room, etc. So many features ... they have thought of virtually everything. Bring your clothes and food - and enjoy your stay. We will never forget our experience.

We stayed with Bombay suites for a little over a month. It was the best experience we have had in Canada. The apartment had everything that a family would expect and more. Monika was excellent in handling all our requests. We were very pleased with the apartment and the services of Bombay suites. Thank you for making our initial days in Canada pleasant!

Its a perfect place for family gathering and city lovers, easy access to everything you need, where you can enjoy the city centre that full of life from multi cultural people. cost was reasonable and excellent service.

This was our second stay in Toronto. The transition was pretty smooth as expected. We stayed with BS for almost 4.5 mths, We wanted to check in early as the check out with our previous apartment was at 12:00PM. Mr.Pahuja, was kind enough to arrange for the same. We checked into a 1 BD-1 BA apartment initially. It was clean. We had a plumbing problem one day and that was addressed immediately. We then moved to the 32nd floor (2BD & 2 BA). The view from that apartment was amazing! Everything was well maintained & fully furnished (dedicated workspace & washer dryer in-unit) and the best part is whenever we faced any issues it was addressed immediately by Mrs.Bhasin or Mr.Pahuja. They offer cleaning of the apartment every 2 weeks and Sandy did an excellent job! The only problem I would like to mention with us was we had guests coming over almost every weekend and so we required more plates and serving bowls. That was not sufficient for us. The building "Grand Ovation" has an well equipped gym, sauna, hot tub and swimming pool apart from many other facilities. Well managed parking, package receiving and also parking for guests. The securities in the building were very cooperative. Location is fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would highly recommend Bombay Suites and would stay with them if and when we visit Toronto again. Thanks to Mrs. Monika Bhasin & Mr.Vijay Pahuja for making our stay wonderful!

Overall, our one month with Bombay suites was a good experience, from the booking process to the stay, and the check out. It was a smooth process, both Monika and Vijay were responsive, friendly and helpful. The only hiccup was when we checked-in in the middle of the night to the apartment and the concierge on duty was not very helpful in directing us to get our keys. Other than that, the stay was comfortable - there was a gym and the pool which was good. And the location was very accessible (walking distance to Square One shopping mall, with groceries and food near by as well). The apartment itself was clean, fully equipped (with clean sheets and fresh towels). No complaints! Highly recommended!

Fantastic place with all amenities and close to all facilities including shopping, restaurants and doctors etc It’s perfect for newcomers and visitors as they will find everything they need very easily
