A little worn but big rooms and very comfy bed and pillows. Poor breakfast with nothing healthy. Everything had added sugar. Utensils are useless, can’t ever add cream cheese to the bagel without the knife breaking. Noisy location

The pool is closed for maintenance, there is no hot tub. There's no water bottles. Luckily the shower has decent pressure, there is supposed to be a free breakfast and shuttle service... But we were hoping for a hot tub and pool. The room smells musty like chlorine/bleach or a very dirty and old steam cleaner. IHG rewards says 2pm checkout but the staff said latest checkout is noon because you used a third party site.

The hotel is located at a convenient area: close to airport and Mississauga city centre. This hotel is very suitable for those who are looking for a place to stay near the airport as it also provides free shuttle to the airport. Breakfast is okay.

The hotel is slightly older than the one near dixie road, so did the bed. Good thing is the breakfast (ordinary stuff), which saved time to find food before rushing out in morning.

Easy to go to the airport with the shuttle service

The room was not worth the money. Very cramped ,staff not heloful

The facilities are old and the rooms are not soundproof. You can hear coughing from the next door clearly. There is a door to pass through the two rooms. In winter, the air conditioner is turned on, the wind is noisy, and the rain is not hot. The attitude of the shuttle bus driver is quite scary. There are very few breakfast items, the reception attitude in the middle of the night is not good, and the staff during the day are very good.

The swimming pool is closed, along with the swimming pool shower room, the ice machine on the first floor cannot be used, water and food are charged, but there is a water dispenser in the gym, but I don’t know if there is filtration, there is a paid laundry room and free shuttle bus (tipping is not mandatory), mainly The hotel was chosen because the parking was 15 knives a day. There is nothing to eat nearby, and if you don’t have a car, you can only order takeaway or eat food from the hotel’s microwave oven. Every room has a microwave oven and an empty refrigerator, and then there are no slippers (it seems that there is no hotel in America that has disposable slippers). The hotel only has nighttime 7-9 provide breakfast. The driver has a strong Indian accent. T3 picks up the hotel at pillar 39, and there is another holiday inn car at No. 970 on No. 41. Don’t make a mistake. The driver will come after calling. It took half an hour to arrive. This one is 5599 ambler. The shuttle bus to the airport needs to be booked in advance, every 20 minutes, about 6-10 people, there are two yellow lights on the bus, one engine, and one is forgotten.

Hygiene is good! The breakfast is very rich, close to the airport, and the hotel also has cars for rent. It's a great hotel!

Stayed for more than ten days, except for not cleaning every day, everything else is excellent! Breakfast, free parking, barrier-free rooms, airport bus connections, washing and drying clothes.

When arriving at the airport you must call for a shuttle. This is not communicated at time of booking but certainly should be. Remember to pack your blow dryer since they aren’t in the room. Other than those couple of things our stay was fine.
