We are located at the Erin Mills and QEW Exit making the 20 minute drive to Toronto a breeze. This location is also a perfect home base for a day trip to Niagara Falls one day and Toronto the next! No access to main lobby due to Refugees.
It’s an hôtel Where must of the rooms are booked for refuges. 5 security gards at the main entrance for that reason.
It stink everywere.
Pool water cold, heather were down.
Bathroom durty.
Ventilation poor.

Excellent staff and customer service but the elevators are constantly out of service and they serve stale cinnamon rolls for breakfast.

Service - some of the best we ever received anywhere we have stayed. Room satisfactory - the only complaint is that the elevator service at this hotel is and has been deplorable in the past 9 months and really needs to be fixed once and for all.

The hotel is clean and the staff is nice. But this hotel is a temporary residence for some. Many kids running around and waiting for the bus in the morning to go to school. The restaurant in the morning is very crowded to the point that I went out for breakfast… There’s also a security guard on site… I wonder why…

Rooms were clean, staff were very nice, unfortunately we were not notified about the amount of security they had because the 3rd floor of the hotel was for refugees. The amount of security in the hotel made my kids feel uncomfortable. The pool heater was broken so they couldn’t swim, the elevator was broken when we arrived and the showers/ bathtubs in our room were not the greatest.
