Homewood Suites by Hilton Mobile Airport-University Area

Upon arrival, the lobby with the fireplace makes a very warm and pleasant impression. The hotel room is very neat and very clean. Room is in pleasant, bright colors. Pictures complete the good first impression. Some things make a very high-quality impression, for example the faucet in the bathroom. I missed a USB plug, which is more and more often placed in lamps or next to the bed to charge the cell phone. The only, but big point of criticism was the breakfast. I looked for coffee cups in vain. I had to ask the staff twice until it was noticed that the disposable cups were used up. Coffee very good. The selection is not very large, comparably much less than in comparable hotels. The orange juice was very negative, probably a cheap product, also with an aftertaste. After it is now common, there are no hot, instead only "warm" scrambled eggs. Only these were not even warm, in the spectrum between warm and cold rather cold to be counted and therefore hardly to be enjoyed. Since the breakfast can not be rated separately, I have to think about what my rating should be. Because certainly hotel guests without breakfast are well accommodated here.

I had an amazing time. The hotel was clean and the staff was very accommodating. I definitely would recommend this hotel and stay every time I visit Mobile.

The hotel is dated, rundown, and dirty.

My room was quiet with a nice view if trees and grass. The bed was comfortable with lots of pillows to choose from. The showerhead was nice and tall.

The outside is clean and safe area. Staff at check in was very kind and pleasant and the process was efficient. The room was clean, but did notice the sheets had some stains on them, and should prob be swapped out. Overall very good experience.

Rooms missing things like soap, but overall good experience.

The hotel was worn and needs fixing. The door to the bathroom looked like someone punched it and the living room coffee table had the Formica peeling. Staff was excellent, friendly and the breakfast was delicious.

Not very clean Hotel was old elevator was dirty and smelled of Oil only two towels and the soap dispenser was empty. NO SOAP TO SHOWER! if you don't check this guest necessary, what else are you lacking in your cleanliness.
