Zimmer war in Ordnung aber in die Jahre gekommen, was nicht unbedingt schlecht ist. Neben dem Hotel gibt es direkt Restaurants und eine Bushaltestelle.
Das Personal war nett.
Im Raum gab es jedoch recht viel Staub. Dieser war jedoch versteckt und somit nur für Allergiker problematisch.

Zona abbastanza buona per visitare il centro città. Accoglienza molto fredda. Ci hanno dato una camera ed era ancora da pulire! C'è l'hanno cambiata! Nemmeno questa era pulita... c'erano macchie di unto su tutti i mobili😡😡Le camere sono veramente assurde....dei loculi di legno! Nemmeno le tende di stoffa 😱😱 Tutto chiuso dentro una "bara'. Il bagno con la vasca dove l'acqua non scendeva! Nemmeno dopo la nottata era scesa. Colazione nei minimi termini niente di che. Eppure 100€ non sono pochi! L'unica cosa decente è stato il materasso. Pessima esperienza dal nostro punto di vista. Mai più

I had a good stay at the older, but well-maintained B&B Hotel Modena. The room was clean and the bed comfortable; the large window could be opened, which was nice. The only thing I would mention is about the shower: while it was quite spacious and worked fine, a pretty high step is required to climb into it, and there are no bars to assist. I’m 70 with no mobility issues so it wasn’t a problem, but it certainly could be tricky for someone who does have them, and also a safety consideration for a small child. Nothing a step stool couldn’t fix. The hotel has kind of a hostel vibe, but the front desk staff were great, assisting everyone with information, directions and dining suggestions. I was solo, but my wife and young daughter would have been fine staying here. Can’t really comment on the location; it was fine for me, as I was specifically in town to go to the Maserati factory, which I was able to walk to.
