They charged cancellation fee for one of my collegues to my personel credit card because they “didn’t get other payment option”. Before the travel in email we agreed my card should be charged for my costs only as I saw my collegue didn’t added card data to his (not mine!) booking. During check out they told me I’m about to pay for the 2 nights I stayed then on the invoice they have after I saw they charged cost of other traveller from same company. After a month of emailing they still refused to reimburse me, only in case my employer pays the other persons cost. I ended up arranging with my company internally. In my 20+ years of corporate travels never met such event and ignorance to resolve. It’s a nice hotel, but beware if you go on a business trip than your card can be charged for the cost of others!
