We stayed in one of the lake View cabins. It exceeded our expectations by quite a bit. For a camping ground cabin this was high quality. The whole camp is held to very high standards. And the location is simply amazing. It would be impossible to tire from the view from our cabin deck, and then of course there is the wildlife. Pale headed rosellas greeted us, while blue faced honey-eaters were busy in the banksia. Wallabies were playing on the lawn, and when dusk came a squirrel glider came to visit the trees in front of the cabin. And this is just around the cabin, we were not on the lake yet... This is Lake Monduran, not the nearby Paradise lake, but paradise nevertheless!

Nice quiet spot, great spot for fishing, although busy did not seem to be an issue with noise. Will be back again, one of my favourite spots I call into on my way through to Cairns. Sort of a hidden gem, amenities clean and adequate,,great service

Nice park close to the lake but no views of the lake unless you book one of the cabins or holiday houses. Grounds kept nice. Plenty of bins. Fires allowed. Non powered areas with one for generators. Limited powered sites, good size grassy only. Water good. Phone service slow but works. Dogs allowed. Would suggest a fisher persons paradise for the Barra! Book swap at office. Disabled toilet. Amenities kept very clean. Camp kitchen. Small mini golf course. Biggest bonus is that it’s quiet.

Lake Monduran Holiday Park was great. We stayed in an unpowered site and were blessed with the shade of a huge tree! The site has great amenities and plenty to do, but by far the best part of this place was the atmosphere! Everyone staying there was fishing for Barra, so within a couple of days you ended up meeting people and chatting about fishing either at camp or at the boat ramp. Such a good vibe!

We stayed overnight with our camper trailer on our way to the Cape. Family of 4. Unpowered site. Friendly staff. Office open till 5pm on the Sunday. Well stocked shop. We bought a sack of firewood. Nice fire in the fire pit provided. Large open spaces. Clean toilets and nice hot showers. Clean and well equipped camp kitchen. Thanks.
