My husband and I only stayed at this house for one night but was not long enough to fully appreciate the whole experience of the peace and quiet around, what a beautiful place to stay. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating and we were able to use the kitchen facilities to cook our dinner. The house has every attention to detail around and the bedrooms are amazing. Would highly recommend this place to stay. It’s very much in the country off the main road, but worth the drive.

Todo ha sido perfecto. La casa, ubicada en un entorno natural precioso, tiene un amplio jardín con diferentes ambientes. Está cuidada hasta el más pequeño detalle, la limpieza es exquisita, los desayunos son estupendos y abundantes, todo productos naturales: empiezas con un zumo de naranja recién exprimido, una macedonia de frutas, un pan estupendo tostado en el momento, queso, jamón serrano, tomate rayado, huevos y beicon, mermeladas, mantequilla y un bizcocho casero diferente cada día, café, yogures… no echas nada en falta. Todo esto es posible gracias al buen equipo que hacen Flor, María y Juan. Atentos a cualquier cosa que puedas desear y haciéndote sentir como en casa. María, además, es una guía excelente, en función de lo que quieras hacer, te prepara cada día una ruta detallada para caminar por el monte, playa, visitas culturales… En resumen, no se puede pedir más. Una cosa más, colchón y almohada comodísimos.

Excelente ejemplo de buen servicio. Nos hospedamos durante cinco días y no han podido tratarnos mejor, son personas muy amables y atentas. Nos han hecho sentir como en casa e incluso les hemos cogido un cariño especial tanto a Flor cómo a su familia y empleada Yolanda, por la sencillez y el cariño con el que nos han tratado a lo largo de la estancia. Increíbles desayunos, las habitaciones perfectas y limpias todos los días, cambio de toallas diario y máxima comodidad. Solo tiene servicio de desayuno pero aún así nos permitía quedarnos en la cocina cenando lo que hubiésemos comprado e incluso tomarnos una copa antes de dormir (también la llevábamos nosotros) Esperamos volver muy pronto!! Lo recomendaría 100%, no hay lugar mejor para hospedarse en Galicia.

La amabilidad de los dueños. Flor. Juan y la persona que trabaja , Yolanda, es impresionante y continuamente están ofreciendo detalles tal como bizcochos , membrillo, mermelada , fruta , cervezas. Los desayunos son espectaculares y las habitaciones preciosas , totalmente renovadas y cuentan ha con cafetera ,TV albornoces . zapatillas . Se duerme estupendamente sin oír un solo ruido y es un oasis de tranquilidad a media hora de la costa con playas como la de cabanas en Puentedeume que es muy bonita con arboles y zonas de sombra, La proximidad de las fragas del Eume es un valor añadido a la casa y recomiendo la ruta 2 que es la Ventureira que comienza en la antigua estación Eléctrica de Ventureira , unos 6 Km incluyendo la visita guiada , gratuita al monasterio de Caaveiro Volveremos seguro Muchas Gracias por los días tan agradables que pasamos alli

En plena naturaleza y corazón de las Fragas del Eume , no podía imaginar que hubiese una casa con tanto encanto La habitación súper limpia, todos los días nos cambiaban las toallas ( en el baño no faltaba de nada ni albornoz , ni zapatillas ) Los desayunos espectaculares con zumo natural , diariamente bizcocho casero ,diferente , mermelada casera que nos sorprendía cada día Flor , entre otros muchos manjares Pero lo mejor sus dueños Flor , Juan y Yolanda que además de todo eso hacen que te sientas como en casa y no te falta de nada , no saben cómo ayudarte en todo Las vistas e instalaciones chapó Besitos mil de Charo y Carmen

We stayed at the Casa Pineiro in Monfero for 1-night in early June (€75/night). A true casa rural, its old stone buildings back the road (don't worry about noise, there is almost no traffic) and face down a verdant green slope of fields & trees. The casa's location on the edge of the park is completely rural, with only a few equally old stone buildings anywhere nearby. Our top floor double comfort room was a bit small (as might be expected in a rural house of this age), but had wonderful period touches such as a stone accent wall and huge, rough-cut ceiling beams supporting the sloping, dark wood roof planks. It was furnished with a queen bed & side tables, small desk & chair, large bench, small wall-mounted TV, and a built-in closet – no safe, mini-refrigerator or coffee maker, though. There was also a tiny attic room up a set of very steep stairs, but the ceiling was so low it was suitable only for a child. The bathroom had a single sink vanity with lots of storage underneath and a nice shower. The grounds had a grassy area with a horreo & wood-fired barbecue, a couple of covered seating areas (for those rainy Galecian days), a couple of open air seating areas, and plenty of covered parking. There was a large common area on the ground floor with seats, magazines, a fireplace. The area around the casa was completely undeveloped and offered few services; the nearest restaurant we saw was at least a 15 min drive along narrow, steep and twisting roads. We dined at the hotel, a hearty meal of soup, salad, Spanish tacos, dessert. Breakfast was fairly basic but filling, toast, melon & watermelon, cold cuts & cheeses, cake, coffee & orange juice. Our hosts were friendly and helpful, despite their limited English & our poor Spanish. Overall, a quiet and peaceful stay in an atmospheric inn at a very reasonable price.

Excelente lugar para conectar con la naturaleza y desconectar del ajetreo de las grandes ciudades. Desayuno espectacular y trato muy cercano que te hace sentir como en casa. Trato familiar tanto por parte de los propietarios como de Yolanda que te hacen sentir como en casa en todo momento. La casa es muy bonita y está situada junto a las Fragas do Eume. Su hijo nos recomendó una ruta a pie hasta las Fragas desde la casa por si la queríamos hacer. El desayuno destaca por el zumo de naranja recién exprimido y bizcocho casero que hace la dueña, Flor. Infusiones ecológicas y huevos de casa. También ofrece servicio de cenas donde pudimos disfrutar de crema de calabaza casera y merluza de pincho buenísimas. Tanto Flor que nos recomendó algunos restaurantes como su marido Juan que nos recomendó ir al mirador de a bailadora fueron súper amables y dispuestos a ayudarnos en todo. Yolanda también fue muy amable con nosotros en todo momento. El trato por parte de todos fue excepcional. Nos alojamos en la habitación real que dispone de terraza propia con unas vistas muy bonitas. En verano tiene que ser una maravilla tomar el sol ahí. En la habitación hay una tetera eléctrica y unas tazas por si te apetece una infusión ecológica. Al llegar también nos recibieron con un café y bizcocho casero, todo un detalle. Otro detalle fue el albornoz y zapatillas en la habitación que en pocos sitios lo he visto y un amplio surtido de amenities. Recomendamos muchísimo la experiencia. El temporada alta conviene reservar con antelación por lo que os comentaron y se puede alquilar íntegra la casa que si no recuerdo mal consta de 5 habitaciones.
