We have just returned from 3 nights here. The location is absolutely fantastic - you step out to all of the lovely restaurants. An ideal base for getting round. We stayed in number 1 with the jacuzzi, room has everything you need and a small balcony. Communication with host was okay although we didn’t receive any type of confirmation email/message we had to contact him. Same for the jacuzzi he will send the instructions once you have contacted him (takes about 45 mins to fill) A few points to mention - outside noise from cars can be quite loud during the night / people in the same building you can hear everything and the bed really does need a new mattress and pillows as it is completely rock hard resulting in back and neck pain. Overall a lovely stay with just a few improvements to be made.

Struttura molto carina e pulita, in centro a Monopoli. Ottima posizione. Con vasca idromassaggio al suo interno. Scala un po' ripida x anziani o bimbi piccoli. Ci siamo trovati bene. Pur essendo zona Ztl è frequentatissima di auto motorini e furgoni.

Stanza piena di polvere, vasca idromassaggio sporca polverosa e con capelli altrui(immaginate di entrare in acqua sporca con peli di altri clienti e polvere galleggiante), non c’è in dotazione alcun bagnoschiuma e sapone , climatizzatore non funzionante. Le Tazzine riposte anch’esse polverose. Esperienza pessima , non vale i soldi richiesti, anche se dalle foto dimostra il contrario. Non consigliata.

Host scorretto, non ha specificato che la vasca idromassaggio si poteva riempire solo una volta e quindi l'acqua diventa subito fredda. Lunghi sproloqui a qualsiasi domanda gli venga posta, senza mai rispondere a ciò che viene chiesto. Ceck-out alle 10. Alle 9.15 era già davanti alla porta a ricordare l'orario in cui bisognava lasciare la stanza.

Nous n'avons pas pu utiliser les équipements sur place, la climatisation ne fonctionnait plus alors qu'il faisait très chaud, nous n'avons pas dormi de la nuit, d'autant plus qu'il y avait un trou dans le mur... Très bruyant. Le gérant nous avait promis un dédommagement pour cette situation et bien évidemment aucune réponse depuis... Je ne vous recommande pas ce lieu...

Hier 9 dagen verbleven. Locatie van het verblijf is super en midden in het centrum. Alles op loopafstand. Echter is de jacuzzi die mooi op de foto staat niet te gebruiken. Er word weinig schoongemaakt en communicatie met de verhuurder is niet erg goed. Druk op de douche is slecht. Verder is de kamer erg ruim en heb je een leuk balkonnetje.

Le stanze sono favolose.. rendono tutto più magico… staff super! Sicuramente è un esperienza da fare. Location ottima per raggiungere tutto mi spiace solo di essere rimasta una notte! Assolutamente Consigliato

Situato nel centro storico di monopoli ma lontano dal baccano della movida questa struttura dall'entrata con codice sulla strada potrebbe dare molto di più per il potenziale che ha. Ho usufruito della camera con vasca senza l'utilizzo della stessa..camera spaziosa bel bagno pulita. Ma...poggia testa del letto strappata e sporca...poco igienica direi. Lavandino senza un tappo e specchio con ruggine. Anche da me nessun tappeto per la doccia. Pattumiera tutta bozzata in bagno. Non e compresa la colazione ma regalano due bottiglie d'acqua e in camera ce macchina caffè. All ultimo piano ce un terrazzo con due sdraio completamente rotte...due tavolini con sedie e una zona cucina ...molto trascurata. C'è pure una lavatrice ma sopra ci sono i tappeti delle camere..i sacchi con le lenzuola sporche....insomma non un bel vedere. Insomma non sono scontenta ma la frase siamo a fine stagione data dal proprietario non é una scusante adeguata da dire a chi ti paga .

Abbiamo dormito per una notte a monopoli e al momento della prenotazione ci ha colpito subito questa stanza in pietra con vasca idromassaggio. Il proprietario è stato molto disponibile per check in e tutte le info per attivazione vasca ecc attraverso WhatsApp. È al centro della città, si trovano anche parcheggi non a pagamento e poi da qui ci si muove a piedi per tutto il centro storico. Dotato di ogni comfort e pulito. La vasca è spettacolare, e la stanza è la giusta cornice per una serata romantica.
