I didn't know the person named on the 2nd room I booked & paid for thru Priceline had to personally check-in instead of me being able checking into both rooms. Said of my Priceline confirmation #'s "Those numbers mean nothing to me" Naturally I was confused not to mention tire from driving 5 hours. I told her I would call and see if there was a problem on Pricelines end. She said 'why didn't you call them right after you called to say you were checking in late and I told you there was only one room in your name. You will never get ahold of them now'. I said excuse me, I was back on the road driving and thought we could've figured it out when I arrived. She saw 2 dogs outside and assumed they were mine saying 'you will have to pay for those dogs too', in a sarcastic manner like I was trying to sneak them in. They belonged to another guest. She tried to apologize for seeming uncaring. I called Priceline and was talking to an agent within 2 minutes and they told me the guest named on room to had to check-in themselves. Did that Amy everything was great. I never booked more than one room & also have never been treated with such disrespect from any hotel staff.
