The room was comfortable if a little tired. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was good to begin with but when the restaurant became very busy (serving 150 covers) it was like being in a school canteen so it was very noisy and often the food was only luke warm. The breakfasts were adequate but the hot option was often cold!

This Hotel was definitely not 4Star,Booked the Holiday via Newmarket Holidays. Food was average,Rooms Small not updated as brochure. Trip to Chianti Winery very Poor 3 Small Tasting ,No tour to see where Wine was made? Little nibbles of dried cheese,small slices of meat,& Pieces of stale bread in Olive Oil. Not worth £75 Very Poor Experience from Newmarket Holidays. As for the Reps Daniela was absolutely Useless. On checking in Hotel were given room key they said Room is that way, had to go down 3 lots of stairs 10 Steps then up in Tiny lift to 1st fLoor got to Room no lights? Had to go back to reception to get card to put in Wall socket , Start to unpack Safe needs a key back to Reception given key 10 € deposit, Not a good experience from Hotel Reception. On a Good Point Michaela Tour Guide was excellent.

Hotel molto vecchio e sicuramente non da 4 stelle. Dappertutto c'era odore poco piacevole. Camera piccola le finestre e porte di anni 70. Colazione povera, tanta roba confezionata, caffè e cappuccio di macchinetta veramente disgustoso. Camerieri non ti chiedono niente quindi devi prendere quello che vedi. O puoi prendere dopo cappuccio in bar vicino reception e a pagamento. Personale molto gentile, piscina pulita, donne di pulizia molto bravi, anche il centro benessere e buono, ma lo stesso sommato tutto non è un Hotel da 4 stelle. Però noi abbiamo pagato come Hotel di 4 stelle. Non posso purtroppo consigliare questo hotel.

Accoglienza al Top, receptionist e proprietària dell Hotel gentilissime, reception molto chic, Cibo davvero molto buono ... L unica pecca camera al quarto piano ampia, pulita ma datata... La piscina pulita...vasca idromassaggio e centro benessere al Top.

Premetto che sono un docente di gestione della ristorazione, nonché cuoco. Dopo una settimana di soggiorno in quest'hotel stamattina ripartiamo. È stata una vacanza diversa tutta insegna del relax. Ogni recensione la faccio sempre in base a ciò che ho pagato. Cucina varia, curata, ottima, cuoco davvero bravo. Personale di sala disponibile, professionale, educato. Signore della spa, delle pulizie e della reception, dolcissime e gentilissime. Le 5 stelle sono super meritate e sicuramente ci torneremo. Unico neo, non l'albergo, ma la città. Poco curata, un po' sporca con tante attività chiuse, quasi abbandonata. Me la ricordavo diversamente purtroppo e per quello che offre, la tassa di soggiorno è troppo alta. In albergo l acqua servita a cena è troppo cara ( 3 euro) , ci hanno addebitato per errore credo delle bevande che non abbiamo mai prese dal frigo bar . Evitate il parcheggio che costa 21 euro per sei giorni ma in albergo se ne fanno dare 31 . Parcheggiare 500 MT più avanti sulle strisce bianche.

Indecisi se festeggiare con i parenti l'entrata nel nuovo decennio del marito intris, e un saluto tito, alla fine ho optato per regalargli/ci tre giorni alle terme, lontano da tutti e pensando solo a noi. E all'hotel Manzoni di Montecatini abbiamo trascorso tre piacevolissime giornate all'insegna della gentilezza, del buon mangiare, del benessere. Montecatini è una perla toscana ( purtroppo un pò trascurata), ma la gestione del Manzoni cerca di far trascorrere agli ospiti una vacanza da "dolce vita" dei tempi migliori. Un ringraziamento particolare alle ragazze della reception, sempre sorridenti e attente al cliente pure con 40 gradi e alla proprietaria, vera forza della natura!

Hotel incantevole, personale eccellente e sempre cordiale e disponibile, soprattutto attento a tutte le richieste dei clienti. Ristorante top, con dei piatti succulenti e tipici, ottima carta dei vini. La chicca è rappresentata dalla piscina, sempre pulita, dove puoi anche degustare dei buoni aperitivi e cocktail. Con la mia famiglia siamo stati davvero bene e spero di ritornarci al più presto.

Het bed was met 1,6 x 1,9 meter niet heel groot voor 2 grote Nederlanders, wellicht voor de gemiddelde Italiaan wel. Het eten was erg goed. Het menu was in de 5 dagen erg afwisselend en smaakvol. Ook het toetjesbuffet was erg fijn. Het wellnessgedeelte was erg fijn. Het is een afgesloten gedeelte met alles wat je van een wellness in een hotel mag verwachten. Al met al een goed hotel met een goede prijs/kwaliteitverhouding

After reading all the reviews on here I was worried about going to this hotel! Although many of the things said are true it is not that bad. I would not say it was a 4 * hotel more of a 3*. The bedrooms looked a bit tired and could do with a refurbishment, the air com worked well but the room was quite dark and small. I did wonder about the bedspread as I am sure they are not washed after every guest. I had to change room as the first room I had I was awake all night as all I could hear was water being flushed somewhere. The next room was quiet. I found the staff to be helpful and friendly. I was happy with the food and could always find something on the menu I liked, the desserts were very nice. It was a bit disappointing that the TV in the bar area only appeared when Italy played and not when England did. The coach could not drive up the road so you have to walk down the road for the trips and on arriving and leaving the hotel so perhaps not so good for someone with mobility problems.
