Love this property! Beautiful grounds, awesome spa services, food is great and the entertainment is amazing. Favorite property in Montevideo Bay.

The hotel is on a beautiful well maintained property, the room was clean and spacious, staff were generally welcoming with exception for the odd 1 or 2 interactions. However major improvement is required for the checking in process, I stood for 45 minutes waiting to be checked in, this is my second visit, the 1st was long as well but not as long as this occasion. The customer service agent was apologetic and also gave us a bottle of wine for the delay. I found the food at the main buffet area was quite limited, pasta station had for protein only seafood mix, entertainment was next to non- existing, not much excitement on the beach or pool, sport bar is a no as well Overall it is a nice property, but not much to do within the property, it was good for relaxation.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. They were willing to have conversations or just to offer a friendly greeting. The room was beautiful and kept clean and was always stocked. The entertainment was different from what I’ve ever experienced before and it was very interesting. One of the entertainment coordinators, Shanell, intrigued me to join the paint and sip event and it was great time with interesting people. I was even able to keep my masterpiece in the end. All in all I had a great stay and would definitely go again.

I had an amazing vacation at S hotel. The service was top notch! I had issues with the bathroom upon checking in, and the assistant GM immediately upgraded my room and added free massages to compensate for the inconvenience. The food was delicious and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. If you’re a sunset lover, then you’re in for a treat! I will definitely be returning.

Incredible vacation at Half Moon Bay Rose Hall Villa! Staff made it perfect with their huge smiles and can do attitudes! Thank you Mr. Young, Karen, and Chadilla a/k/a Butler: Waiyaki... Cook: Karen... Room Attendant : Chadilla. Entire resort was clean, picture perfect, and full of friendly, happy staff. Food was over the top and various beaches with beach service including fresh coconut water right out of the shell was amazing. Audrey helped coordinate a private party with calypso band, magnificent beach bonfire and decorations! Joy was always available to provide island bling to buy and Nictoria seemed to be everywhere always remembering our names and favorite beverages. Thank you Half Moon Bay and staff for giving all 10 of us a vacation full of wonderful memories to last a lifetime.

We all agreed that this was the best resort we have ever stayed at. The attention to detail was amazing. We would like to acknowledge the staff in particular that provided service for us. Sharon, Marsha, Valentine, Aqua man, and Lisa. The food was the best we have ever had in ANY restaurant. We loved the his and hers sink area which kept us organized. We had turn down service, and every staffer that passed us by offered a greeting with a smile. I took aerobics class everyday and cooked on the beach. We met the manager, Dean who was receptive of all out comments. Our only complaint about our trip was a delayed flight! We would recommend to everyone that this is a wonderful place to go.

We've stayed at several Sandals and generally have positive experiences. This resort was no exception; however, it didn't live up to some of the standards we have come to expect at these resorts. We stayed in a club level oceanview room (OFT). The club staff were friendly and got us a reservation at Butch's on our last minute, ＜7 day trip when the app indicated the restaurant had no availability. (Thanks, Team!) The room itself was clean and had gorgeous views. I liked the plush bench at the foot of the bed. The room was lacking in certain things, such as no room service menu (digital or physical), no loyalty welcome pack, and less than desired water replenishment for the mini fridge. We got these fixed. Food service at the resort was timely and tasty. Our favorite meal was at Butch's (lamb chops!). Wait staff were generally pleasant and friendly. However, one lady at the buffet breakfast got a bit snappy with my husband, when he approached her for a table, instead of directing us to the host stand, which was outside and through a different entrance. She ended up taking us to a table, but it was a poor experience, and one that seemed to be repeated with other guests. Bar and pool staff were friendly and attentive. We had great service at the main/quiet pool and at Latitudes (we also learned what a duppy bat is!). Latitudes made our favorite evening drinks. The biggest impacts to our enjoyment came from the lack of beach etiquette and smoking etiquette. At other Sandals, the beach is cleaned up every day and essentially reset. Beach chairs cannot be claimed overnight (even by the Butlers we've had elsewhere). However, during our stay here there were floaties and belongings (like books) that stayed in place throughout our trip. Not only did this look and feel messy, but it is also frustrating for finding spots. Added to this, people were smoking in non-designated areas. The smoking ares are more prominent than I'd like by the pools, but we also saw people smoking in the pools/hot tub and on the beach. This made the resort feel dirty/messy/sloppy compared to most other Sandals in our experience. While we enjoyed a lot of what this resort had to offer, we would likely stay at Sandals Royal Caribbean if we came back to the area. These resorts have free shuttles back and forth.

The experience has been wonderful! We came for the wedding of a friend and it was a very good decision!!! Jamaica is a dream made reality!! Super tasty food!! The hotel is a large place where all people of all ages will find something to enjoy!! There is a very recommended aquatic park for teenagers and children!! The rooms are equipped with everything necessary to make guests comfortable and The change of towels and cleaning has been every day!! The bars have a variety of and delicious cocktail offers!! The animation has been spectacular highlighting The circus show and the aue person made our holidays even more special than you can dream Mr Clinton Snow who with his charisma and brilliant personality is responsible for The hotel is a great hotel for you and someone we'll return again!!
