Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet endroit magnifique plein d’histoire et rénové avec respect et beaucoup de goût. Les suites sont spacieuses et agréables (mention spéciale pour le lit XXL extrêmement confortable). Nous avons adoré le joli jardin avec les arbres fruitiers et la superbe piscine. Et enfin, vous êtes chaleureusement accueillis par les membres de la famille et tout le personnel qui sont au petit soin avec leurs hôtes et nous font sentir les bienvenus ! Un grand merci, nous espérons revenir !

Fenomenal!! Estuvimos 2 noches y nos enamoramos del Palacete, un desayuno de llorar por más con productos locales muy buenos. Una tranquilidad en la piscina que terminábamos por nos quedar ahí el día entero. Las habitaciones súper cómodas amplias y muy guapas. La visita a la fábrica fue súper interesante donde aprendemos todo sobre el cacau y el proceso de hacer el chocolate y luego probamos los mejores chocolates de mi vida. Recomiendo 100%. Muchas Gracias, por toda la atención de la familia que hice un gran trabajo con este proyecto!!

I went to Palacete Real Companhia do Cacau with my boyfriend during the summer and I could not be happier for that decision. The bedroom is spacious and the decor is really nice. The bed is one of the most comfortables that I have slept one. The owners are very sweet and made our trip even more special. They told us all about the palace renovation, guided us on a tour at the chocolate factory, and made us feel at home. It is such a privilege to stay in a seclude place, waking up to the birds and have an early swim, while staying in the historical centre of the town. Really recommend the stay and be sure to buy the chocolates

Gostei muito, o serviço e os quartos são ótimos. As camas são muito confortáveis! Pequeno almoço maravilhoso. A piscina é sem dúvida incrível e necessária para estes dias quentes de verão! Adorei Só coisas a favor! Sem dúvida voltarei a repetir!

É daqueles sítios que nos estragam as ferias. Piscina com algas. Pequeno almoco é colocado na mesa em pratos com película aderente. Claramente guardado do dia anterior. Com fruta já velha e podre. Quartos deviam ser os estábulos. Tem janelas mínimas, são claustrofóbicos No booking dizia que era 5estrelas mas é um lapso. Grave. Fraco.

... we loved our time at the Palacete Real. The staff received us with dedicated attention and generosity. We enjoyed the snooker, the Turkish bath, the pool, and the general beauty of the edifice, and the home made breakfasts and general home-like atmosphere. Thank you

Sentimo-nos roubados no preço e não desistimos porque não podíamos. O Quarto era classificado como uma suite (de nível superior à suite Queen) e não oferecia as características requeridas para o preço praticado: quarto quase sem luz porque a janela ficava acima do nível da nossa cabeça, todo pintado de castanho o que ainda o tornava mais escuro. Decoração muitíssimo pobre, acabamentos muito fracos. Nível de limpeza fraco: os copos disponíveis para beber água estavam visivelmente muito sujos, o que consideramos inaceitável, particularmente num contexto de COVID onde a higiene deve ser irrepreensível. O estado e decoração do hotel é completamente decadente não oferecendo qualquer conforto.

Uma agradável descoberta no centro do Montemor-o-Novo. Local acolhedor e calmo. Suites espaçosas. Simpático jardim com piscina fantástica e vistas ao castelo. Excelente comida, serviço e chocolates deliciosos. Altamente recomendável.

Relação preço qualidade absurda. Na verdade este alojamento enquadra-se no conceito de guesthouse. Reserva-se com a expectativa de um hotel de charme/luxo mas está muito aquém em todos os parâmetros. Muito à volta do conceito de produtos caseiros mas que na prática também não satisfaz. O conceito da fábrica do chocolate também é muito atrativo mas na realidade uma desilusão. Tem potencial mas um longo caminho a percorrer a nível do serviço de qualidade em hotelaria. Acresce ainda que condicionam com muitas regras a permanência no espaço após o check-out.
